We ordered from Justeat at subway the meal was awful we binned it panini was burnt the salad was thrown in a box no cheese and bit of salad that I didn’t order won’t be using Justeat again so dissatisfied with them.

Ordered a meal from the Tayview Hotel Dundee on Saturday 19th. Order number 3909. I ordered the meal to be delivered at 7:15 it finally arrived at 8:10. The meal was cold poppadoms were soggy and some of the dips were missing. I tried phoning several times with no success. We have emailed with no response. I will not be ordering again and certainly won’t be recommending the Tayview to anyone

WASTE OF TIME!! Ordered, and an hour late. Spoke to food supplier and had food waiting for half hour and unable to get driver to deliver - WHAT A JOKE OF A SERVICE (and they want to charge for it??)

Terrible. We called the restaurant and they told us that the order was collected 30 mins before it was delivered to us. I assume the driver did two or three drop offs before us as we are only 10 mins (max) away from the restaurant. The food was stone cold on arrival and on that basis not very nice. My son is also 45 mins late for bedtime. Did somebody say "Just Late"

Today is 16th November 2023 a just eat bike rider delivered food to postcode E78NF, and had the audacity to damage my car and ride off now if anyone from just eat is reading this I want response as there is no way of contacting you if not I am a local google guide I will review this there and I will take action on Twitter

Less than one star! Your service has been disgusting - with the most recently driver laughing at the fact he had delivered a completely damaged and inedible meal. When providing photographic proof of this, I was made to wait several days to get a less than adequate response. This has happened far too many times now. Absolute thieves that steal your money!

I ordered on Just Eat, the restaurant I ordered from called me and said they were closed for maintenance which is fair enough. I asked about my refund and they told me it will happen. It didn't and when I contacted Just Eat customer service they told me that because I hadn't messaged them within 24 hours they were keeping the money. Absolutely disgusting, will never ever use them. Can't believe people are operating like this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Stop using this company you are incouraging the sale of cold food that should be hot. If all your food turns up cold you gets a 5th if not less of your money back and say that's their cold food policies but yet if you go to a restaurant or takeaway and get cold food they refund or remake it but these thieving criminals say heres £1.88 back for your 11 pound order being cold. It is disgusting that they think that is acceptable and they don't have to do anything else. So everyone please stop using these thieving criminals of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid using at all costs. Customer service is terrible. Ordered food which came 2 hours late and was stone cold. They offered to refund me £5!!! Terrible terrible company

We ordered food through this app & when the food arrived around 35 mins late the order was flat cold & attitude from the driver who i made take the whole order back (total value £28.52). I complained through the process on just eat and they see it fit to only refund £2.82 as a refund ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! USE DELIVEROO OR UBER EATS AS THEY WILL NOT USE THESE RIP OFF TACTICS!!

Just Eat did used to be a decent company. Recently its become a disaster. My main issues recently have been with the grocery side of things. I have had so many orders where items have simply not been in the order. Probably due to a lack of ability to keep stock updated through the app. The issue is that neither the store or just eat notify you or account for this. You have to go through a process of listing what items have not arrived. You are then not refunded but credited to your just eat account. Recently I had items totalling £30 which did not arrive from Asda. I informed the driver who said he is just the driver. I went through the refund process only to be informed that after making other refund requests i cannot make any more refund requests. They made no checks with the store as I have spoken to Asda about this. They are however not involved in the delivery process directly this falls to the driver !! There is now no customer service number for just eat, its mostly an automated system with a computer. Avoid this company at all costs

I never received my order and have heard that many others had the same problem. Don’t trust this company. They will take your money and if you never receive the order they will tell you that you probably put the wrong phone number in and blame the whole thing on you. I told them multiple times that I got confirmation that my phone number was accurate, but they refused to acknowledge this and continued to tell me that their policy prevents them from giving a refund. I’ve never written a review before but thought it was necessary since this company is a total scam. Definitely don’t risk it by ordering from them!

I cancelled my order and received a confirmation but the food still arrived. There is no number to call and they did not reply to multiple e-mails I sent. In the end I had to raise a dispute through PayOal to get my money back.

1.1 rating on Trustpilot. You are not trustworthy, born purely out of poor customer service and no care. You can keep my £32 with utter contempt. The sooner the lazy public wakes up and realises there's a better way to order rubbish comfort food other than your platform the sooner you (with with any luck) disappear

Absolutely disgusting will never use these again ordered takeaway the was a problem at the takeaway end machine was down the told me to cancel will get a refund robbed £21.96 from me didn't receive my refund will not use just eat ever again or order from the takeaway either

Extremely poor customer service. If anything goes wrong with an order, first you can't call anyone, then you have to wait for over a week for any reply. Then after all that they most likely will find a reason to dismiss your complaint and close the case with no chance of looking into it no matter how much you try. Super arrogant policy, they don't care about any value of keeping customers.

I ordered using the Just Eat app and spent almost £30 including delivery charges. 1. The food arrived over an hour late. 2. The food arrived cold to the touch. 3. The pancake rolls and prawn toast were soggy instead of crispy. 4. The rice, noodles and all the meat dishes were stone cold. 5. The food was Chinese and this type of food, when reheated, is no good. The food was thrown away. I was given a half hearted apology from one of the agents. She explained a refund of £[9.63 would be processed. I queried if the [ that she accidently put was a 1 or a 2 and I would like this dealt with via a manager because I was already feeling distressed with the whole situation. Another agent replied to my response stating the refund has been issued for £9.63 and this is in line with their "cold food" policy. I was not happy with this outcome so I sent another email explaining I want this to be exalated to a manager and I want a full refund due to the food being inedible. Matthew Smith who claims to be a supervisor, says the decision was correct and if I reply again nothing will be done about it. I received this email just now. I will be taking this further though. Your customer has told you the food was not fit for consumption and all I have been offered is a quarter of my money back? I spent £29.50 and only received £9.63 back! I will be taking this further. This is unacceptable.
