“Had a delivery from Just Eat and the food was uncooked. The restaurant agreed to a refund but Just Eat would not refund. I spoke to 4 different people at Just Eat who all said exactly the same thing and did not address any of the issues I raised with them. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.”

“Can only recommend people stay away from Just Eat UK Ordered food on New Year’s Eve, unfortunately didn’t hear the driver knock on the door, not surprising on NYE when people are having parties but the driver didn’t bother waiting around, one knock and 42 seconds later he made off with £105 worth of food, didn’t return it to the restaurant or call us and guess what … Just Eat UK won’t refund! Money gone and treat ruined!”

“An absolute joke of a company, ordered food for my son. The food was left on the door step in the pouring rain, so was cold and wet because he didn't even knock on the door, he just drove off. But to top this off, he also left it at our neighbours house, so wasn't even to the right address, luckily wenhave honest neighbours! The food ended up being thrown away, and when I complained to Just Eat, all they could do was £2.06 credit to my account, they said repeated contact would make no difference and this was all they would offer!! Will never use this useless, disorganised company again. When they seem to have 1.1 everywhere, how have Trading Standards not stepped in to close this site down? So many issues everytime and just getting worse.”

“Driver went to the toilet with my food and he had eaten 1 of my 3 burgers then delivered the rest cold . Free diner for the driver seems he likes quarter pounders and he not a big fan of big tasties or big macs”

“I have made 4 orders recently and had reason to complain . One being del someone else’s order which they would only give me a credit for several days later, food not cooked properly, and cold food. Last was a McDonald’s and it was delivered 90 mins later when initially it said 30 - 40 mins and it was stone cold. Just eat refused to refund or credit because of THEIR other bad orders I had to complain about. Never using this terrible service again and don’t recommend either”

“Disgusting avoid at all costs, order came pretty quickly from mc donalds waters meeting which was Disgusting and not fit to eat rang mcdonalds who didn't care and said get in contact with just eat. Nether wanted to be responsible for a cold order the meat like rubber and a hole right through the burger. After going back and forth with just eat was offered 73p compensation for an order over £ 12 deleted the app after telling them were they can stick the money”

“Without waisting too much energy again , simple genuine advice guys - do not use or trust this app . Missing item multiple times - no refunds ! Orders that never arrived- no refunds ! Orders that takes 2 hours and a half to be delivered from 1 mile away - with freezing cold food- no refunds ! No , no , no and a big NO !!!!”

“We ordered 3 of an item from asda but only 2 were delivered. On top of that the person who delivered it, knocked on the door and then left before we could answer. We therefore could not check the order. When we reported to just eat we got our money back for the item but were out of pocket on the delivery, service and bag fee. When we complained they said they do not refund delivery, service or bag charges. So basically, you have to pay for their mistakes!”

“Absolutely useless service they don't care about customers but money i got scammed twice from justeat and they never even bothered giving a refund they just ignored me and said sorry but they is nothing we can do. It took them 3 hours to deliver my food and the second time the stupid driver they have toke my food to a completely different place. Justeat is close to falling and I can't wait cause useless service deserves to fail. Never again in my life will I ever use them.”

“So they brought me a completely wrong order (not worth the value of my one) I only wanted to ask them to swap it with my original one, of course I couldn't get in touch with them. So I chose the refund option and a couple of days later they said refund cannot be given as the picture (of the order receipt that I received) doesn't support my claim. I was starving whole night at work... so disappointing.”

“We ordered from Justeat at subway the meal was awful we binned it panini was burnt the salad was thrown in a box no cheese and bit of salad that I didn’t order won’t be using Justeat again so dissatisfied with them.”

“Ordered a meal from the Tayview Hotel Dundee on Saturday 19th. Order number 3909. I ordered the meal to be delivered at 7:15 it finally arrived at 8:10. The meal was cold poppadoms were soggy and some of the dips were missing. I tried phoning several times with no success. We have emailed with no response. I will not be ordering again and certainly won’t be recommending the Tayview to anyone”

“Terrible. We called the restaurant and they told us that the order was collected 30 mins before it was delivered to us. I assume the driver did two or three drop offs before us as we are only 10 mins (max) away from the restaurant. The food was stone cold on arrival and on that basis not very nice. My son is also 45 mins late for bedtime. Did somebody say "Just Late"”

“Today is 16th November 2023 a just eat bike rider delivered food to postcode E78NF, and had the audacity to damage my car and ride off now if anyone from just eat is reading this I want response as there is no way of contacting you if not I am a local google guide I will review this there and I will take action on Twitter”
