Appalling customer complaints service. Tried to cancel order by phoning restaurant 13 minutes before food was prepared. No answer. Tried again 5 times over next few minutes. No answer. Live chatted with Just Eat to cancel, they said I have to pay full price because food already prepared. I explain that I've tried calling the restaurant and they could have cancelled it if they answered the phone. Had email from customer complaints team saying no refund. I asked them why they haven't taken into account that the restaurant could have cancelled if they answered the phone. They reply without answering the question that I'm not getting any refund. I even offered to pay a small compensation to the restaurant, even though I felt that they could have avoided this. Same result 3 or 4 times. Email back with no explanation into why they didn't take that into account. I don't even care about the £14 refund. I would have used it to buy stuff for food banks. Decision not to give me my £14 or even less has cost them at least £250 per year from me

Absolute shambles, can't even contact someone, and when you call the restaurant you orderd from they are rude and say call just eat!!!

Missed out an entire meal and refused to deliver it. I was told to re order and pay service charge and delivery costs again! Deleted my account.

I ordered KFC and I did not receive an item- Just Eat said they would refund and then said they wouldn't . Service is not service if you get charged for something that is not delivered !

The service is a complete scam. I paid for my food and the delivery fee, yet half of the meal was missing. I was told that if I wanted to receive the missing items, I'd need to re-order them and pay ANOTHER delivery fee, which would be even more expensive than the last due to the order size being smaller. Both the customer service rep and supervisor refused to refund the 2nd delivery fee that I was forced to pay after they failed to deliver all of my food the first time I paid them to.

Such a horrible company with full of ignorant people. They can’t send the food off to correct address and when you complain, they don’t bloody answer! They are nightmare and lease use Uber eat, avoid from just eat! They have no idea what is business exactly! Avoid avoid

DO NOT USE, Delivered food to wrong address and then refused to give a refund. The issue was not with the restaurant as the driver confirmed the address they had received from Just Eat and this was not the address used on my order. Just Eat acknowledged the issue and confirmed they understood that I would not receive the food yet still refused to give a refund

Incomplete order from Greggs in Enfield Town means Just Eat just steal my money. They just don't care about the source of the problem, as long as they just get what they want - your money. Beware at your own peril...

Absolutely awful service! Ordered a takeaway for £36 which never arrived. Contacted them and they said I would have to wait 3-7 days for my refund!! I then ordered another takeaway straight after for another £36 and the same thing happened again!!!! Never arrived! Again I was told there is nothing they can do and will need to wait 3-7 days for refund. It is now day 5 and still no refund. Never use this company!!! They have £72 of my money and I am still waiting for it to be returned.

I ordered Breakfast on Sunday 17/10 through Just Eat, and the Restaurant yet again delivered the incorrect order, so I left an honest review then contacted Just Eat for a refund for the missing items, and I received an email from Just Eat stating, "Based on this review, your request for a [voucher/refund] has been declined at this time. " so the moral of the story is get a refund first and then do the review.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Not deserved. Would avoid just eat at all costs. Nearly 2 hours to deliver food which I know left restaurant on time confirmed by restaurant and food frozen cold and food safety issue. Couldn’t get through on phone tried live chat, explained situation and Gnan Paul customer service agent joined chat then left so didn’t have to deal with it. So £32 in McDonalds for inedible food. Vile Customer service. No response from them but that isn’t an option so clicked over a week. Avoid avoid avoid just eat if you don’t want your money wasted

my food was not up to standard and it had something missing from our order, and something we didn’t order instead. And it was really really hard to get into contact with you guys and the restaurant denied that we even ordered from them

I ordered my food to come at 7:45PM. One and a half hours later it still hadn't arrived. I rang the restaurant and they said the food was collected and should arrive soon. The food never arrived. I have had this problem numerous times with Just Eat, therefore will be using other services such as Deliveroo.

Absolutely disgraceful, I order food and after waiting 2 hours I called to see where it was, and apparently an “attempt to deliver” was made?? I’m in my hotel workplace, my phone did not ring once and no driver came to the reception desk to ATTEMPT for me to get my delivery. When I bring it up, all the can do is offer me a discounted refund??? I even went out of my way to order again after complaining and bringing it to their attention, meaning I paid twice! But second time the driver had no issue leaving it at the reception desk (without calling my number once again). This hasn’t only happened once but has happen a few times to myself, partner and colleagues. If I could give it 0 stars I would, awful service.

I am a restaurant owner that is signed up with just eat. What can I say, they are just a bunch of greedy money hungry scammers. They don't care for restaurant reputation and growth but constantly think of new ways to scam money out of takeaway weekly. A customer left us a review that was ridiculously unfair, they complained that they received exactly what they ordered. And just eat is unwilling to do anything about it. There is a huge concern for negligence and malpractice. Marinelena Kercyku is the person that death with my complain and I have not delay with a more incompetent staff in my life. Unprofessional and ignoring my emails. I have been asking to speak to a manager for days and they are just ignoring me and my emails. Goes to show that they just want their weekly payout. That's their priority. Stay away from these scammers they will ruin your takeaways reputation. Personally I will not be signing my other branches up to just eat. Steer clear everyone. Youre better of doing your own social media marketing, plus, Uber eats and deliveroo are far better.

It Said my food was delivered when wasn’t!!. I called them hoping for a quick resolution but you can’t talk to anyone on the phone, instead it’s all automated and you are told to do it online. Witch your in a queue till someone can come chat to you by witch time you realise a lot of time has past and they give very limited options. They won’t / can’t contact driver! Deal with your issue offer a refund ect instead they have to email another department that will email you with in 48 hours. Only in 48 hours to then be contacted again saying you have to wait another 48 hours as needs to be looked into further by another department. When you odder from Uber eats you can contact your driver directly! Or they can for you if you have an issue you can get help easily. just eat are good till you have a issue. I use to have a issue with wrong items sent or missing but when my whole odder didn’t come no one is able to contact the driver or find out what’s going on quick enough instead they need to waste time and days just to pass it along to someone else to look into. Seem very good odd. Just eat was better back in the day when you had a problem you could call a person and they were able to contact the driver seems that is far to hard these days. I hope I get a refund it’s so Un acceptable and is happening to much and they needs to be improvement and better ways of getting help and dealing with these issue then what they give you. Hopefully I’ll be contacted by tomorrow an less they don’t class the weekend as another 48 hours
