Out of 4 deliveries 2 have never arrived. That's a 50/50 if you get an order! Then they tell you it will be 10 days before you get your money back. Absolute ridiculous .

Absolutely diabolical service. I placed an order with a gift card on Valentine’s Day to the tune of £21.07. After over 90 minutes, the restaurant called me to apologise and advise me they’d cooked my meal twice, but no driver had arrived. They were confused, as four other Just Eat drivers had been and gone. They said they were closing in around 15 minutes and we agreed I would cancel the order if no driver had turned up in 10. One hadn’t, so, in agreement with the imminently closing restaurant, I cancelled the order. Whilst I did read that I would be charged, I thought that as no driver had turned up and it was clearly not the fault of me or the restaurant, I would of course be refunded. Alas, I have have several conversations with different representatives who claim that of course I will not be refunded. Absolutely diabolical. Do not order from this thieving, underhand and unreliable ‘company’

It was terrible. Not only have I not received my refund, but the app has now removed any button that can help with that particular order. I took a screenshot to show how Just Eat are audacious enough to take my money, refuse to refund me for faulty items and then ask for a review after having done nothing, not even sent communication except for this. Thank you so much for showing you cannot be trusted.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as there is no option for 0 star. This company is awful. I just placed an order for my kids, tracker said driver is nearby at 18.11 and food still has not arrived. I only live 10 mins away from the restaurant. Absolutely rubbish. The worst thing is that you can't even speak with the driver as they don't put their contact details once the order has been picked up. At least with Uber you can track the driver by speaking with them. Guess I will be ordering with Uber from now

Ordered food that arrived burnt. I’m 20 weeks pregnant so need to be careful especially with burnt food. We contacted the restaurant and they said since just eat took our money we are to get a refund through them. My husband spoke to 3 people, 1 being the team leader. Even though we sent through photo evidence they said due to their policy they cannot refund us. I read the policy and they could refund or give a credit note but they did not want to do this. I’ve now deleted the app and would rather use Uber eats. Customer service is just disgusting and yet they’re suppose to have a big name. Will be voicing this to friends and family as don’t want anyone to go through what we’ve been through

I work for a care company, we were having a managers meeting and decided to order food from a local restaurant . When the food arrived there was less than half of the meals in the bag . My colleague and I then went to the restaurant and they called just eat .we were told that it was just eats fault . There was nothing that the restaurant could do .when we got back to the office a Luke warm bag of food had been delivered . Our meeting was later than scheduled due to this incident . This office will never order anything from just eat again . We always used just eat , but items are always missing this is not acceptable .

Oder my food over an hower ugo and still has not ternd up This is shocking Just eat sed it be deliverd by 6:05 it is now 6:44 and my food is still not been delivered. I am very up set ubout this

Food order was cancelled almost 2 hours after ordering. Why waiting so long? They said a lack of drivers. Why take orders if you can’t deliver? Absolute joke of a service

If i could give zero stars i would... sent the completely wrong order with items i did not choose, not even a close resemblance to the actual order. I was then told by just eat that i cant have a refund or a credit for the wrong items sent as they were deemed by them to be consumable... Just Eat have stolen my money for something i did not order and did not want. Just Eat do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction

Very disappointed with Just Eat and will no longer be using the service. I purchased some fish which arrived expired and no longer fit for human consumption. After submitting a request for a refund, I was denied twice. Totally unacceptable from both the vendor and Just Eat. I assumed customer well being would be a top priority but apparently not

I have been using this company since the early days when food delivery apps were barely a thing and these were the only game in town. You know, when it was the restaraunt who delivered the orders. I rarely had a problem but when I did just-eat offered a proper way to access support and would resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately the years have turned them into a subpar company with no morals who's only mission is greed. They want to be deliveroo without any of the infrastructure required to deliver an acceptable service. They have ZERO means of resolving a problem should it arise with your order because they don't offer live chat support or a phone number. They tell you to expect a response to your problem within a few days. Good luck sorting your own dinner until then. In what world then can they justify taking a percentage cut/"service fee" on every order in addition to the delivery fee and fees they already charge the restaraunt, when they can't even be bothered to employ enough people to handle on-demand support for issues they're responsible for. In my case, against my better judgement I ordered a McDonald's (a large big mac meal with an orange juice, and a chocolate brownie). I paid £3 for delivery and a 10% service fee on the order total. The app says the driver is delivering your order but if you follow the live map which is easily the worst in the industry. If you try to follow along you will find the map zooms out at intervals probably to obfuscate the fact the driver is making additional out of the way stops they are never transparent about. When the order arrives the driver hands over a bag containing the orange juice and brownie but no main meal. I didn't assume bad intent because mistakes happen and can be rectified. So I reported the issue from the order page. The generic response is they're busy right now but to expect a reply within a few days. So I've paid for a meal I didn't receive, along with a service fee that is clearly doing absolutely nothing for me. But don't worry because they might respond in a few days. At this point I tried looking up ways to contact just-eat directly only to find its literally impossible to do so. In the end I made a chargeback with my bank who put the money back in my account within the hour. I would recommend anybody who does not receive their paid for goods or service do the same thing. Only when the bobbleheads who run this company see the line on the chart going up indicating people won't accept this will they consider doing better. I finished by deleting my multiple decade old account because I know better now. I have zero faith they will recognise what went wrong, and the lack of procedures or support in place suggest its systemic and would only happen again. Any growth they have as a business will be temporary and short lived. All the ads in the world will be for nothing when they will at the same time bleed customers in equal or greater numbers because of poor service.

Food did not even arrive the guy marked it as delivered have no way to contact just eat the guy didt even try to phone me this company is a joke and full of thieving drivers better off just going getting your own food it’s cheaper and you don’t have to deal with the thieves

A lot of restaurants don't really understand what Vegan food means. A lot of so called Vegan food mentions as having dairy. If it has dairy then it is not vegan. What is the point of labelling the food as vegan. I am never going to order from here again. There is no customer care number where we can speak to people. The live chat always has a queue and we are asked to call the restaurant. But a lot of restaurants have invalid phone number. These needs to be sorted before the company starts loosing customers.

Customer service of Just eat is complete disgrace. We ordered takeaway, one of the meal was chicken drumsticks which were rotten, smelly and that's why not possible to eat. We sent a prove to Just eat and request for the refund. The answer was.. You will not get the refund, instead you should write a bad review for a restaurant... Yes I will do that together with a bad review for this joke of a company

Do not use this company. I ordered KFC from them. The driver took two hours. He picked up my order. Went to another village first, proceeded to go to asda, then decided to pick up another order and spent at least 15 mins at a macdonalds, went to another place presumably to drop off the order. The food was cold and their customer service is shocking. I spent £55 and they wanted to offer my £19 to credit the account. An account i will never use again. Boycott Just eat

i was report to just eat DISSAGRE PLEASE DONT REFUND MONEY TO 2 ORDER 155008847 and 155008847 just eat replyed to my email and told me we not refund money dont worry . but still just eat refund money to costumer . how you return money with out my permission ? why not listening to restaurant partner ?

Ordered a shop from Asda through Just Eat. They managed to deliver my fruit juices, milk, bacon, bread and a ready meal. They did not deliver 4 bottles of Prosecco, 2 bottles of lemonade, a tub of butter and some expensive razor blades. The missing items totalled £75. Just Eat will not give me money back. This is theft and fraud and they can just get away with it. I hate to sound cynical but I’m wondering if Just Eat may have light fingered delivery drivers. Just Eat don’t want to know and don’t care that they have £75 of mine unjustly.
