Totally rubbish delivery service, still waiting for delivery over 2.5 hrs later. Never again

Worst customer service imaginable. I added a voucher to my account before being informed my order delivery time would be over 1 hour. I therefore decided to cancel, and JustEat are refusing to refund the voucher stating they cannot do so because it was applied to a guest account. Appauling

My first and last experience with Just Eat. Had an issue with my order (bad quality food delivered) and rang the takeaway directly. Was told to ring back the next day as the manager was not in, so basically was left with no food after paying €21, they did not rectify my order. Spoke to the manager next day and he was quite unhelpful and told me to contact Just Eat. Very frustrating. Rang Just Eat and the customer service rep was very obviously disinterested with my issue by their phone manner. Had to hold for 5mins as they contacted the takeaway for confirmation of my complaint! They then proceeded to tell me the takeaway manager disagreed with it. Not happy. Managed to get HALF a refund from Just Eat after a few minutes of explaining my dissatisfaction. I then requested a confirmation email regarding the refund and was told I'd have one within 5/10 minutes of the call. Never received the email. A few hours later I tried the chat service and was cut off 3 times. Eventually received the refund confirmation email. Absolute hassle of their customer service, and not very understanding reps. Had to fight for my refund, and then only received half, while the food delivery was very bad quality and most of it unedible and left untouched. They Do not want to help customers, they just want to take your money and provide poor service. Extremely dissatisfied experience with Just Eat. Have since deleted the app will not be using again.

I ordered food from KFC first of all the food was late and it looked like the driver had thrown it down on the floor the bag was ripped and the food was all over the bag with the gravy, I shouted for the driver to come back he ignored me and he ran down our steps then drove off leaving the mess all over the floor, Called our local KFC and they apologised but couldn't do anything about it and said to call just eat i phoned them and they could only give me a £20 refund which is a complete joke when the order came to nearly £40 and the guy on the phone was rude!!!!!

Just eat is bullying companies who is using their systems. It just unreal. When any restaurant are busy and cannot do certain orders. They rejects them all because there are WAY too many orders in that certain time-frame. What just eat does is they would send you text to threaten their companies they would reduce distance and time and some other things. Instead of solving it with their clients. They threaten them into submissions. Very very bad way to manage the companies who making them too much money. Companies has to pay around 30% of every order already and that's not including VAT.

Worst Customer service ever. Did not respect timescales, did not resolve issues, lied regarding my details then tried to backtrack when pulled up on it. Complete unbelievable. Issue still not resolved, told to wait 72 hours, then 48, then 24... unbelievable - would give 0 stars.

Just Eat's customer is extremely pathetic. They do not understand simple english and just keep talking like robots. Just Eat provides a customer service number but they do not provide any customer service. I am a restaurant owner and have 2 Just Eat accounts but they are a pain. EXtremely poor in customer service. Why do you want to hire cheap professionals who are not willing or not trained on how to provide customer service. I have already raised a request to cancel both the accounts and would never recommend Just Eat to any of my friends or family members. Absolutely disappointing and Pathetic. I dont have an option to give a 0 star or a negative star otherwise i would love to give these to Just Eat.

JustEat offer appalling customer service. They're Ok until anything goes wrong, then abysmal. I ordered a meal via them which never arrived. OK, these things happen. But they they claimed I had 'cancelled' the order, which I never did, and charged me £15.32! Attempts to talk to them have just led to a call centre in India which keeps saying their 'investigations team' is looking into it - what is there to 'look into'? I ordered food, didn't get it, was charged! Look elsewhere for food delivery - avoid JustEat.

They are fine until you have a problem and then, they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I didn't necessarily mind that my order didn't turn up but the customer service I received to try and sort it was appalling. I was basically accused of lying and never did receive a refund for the food I never received. I will never use them again

Such horrible customer service. You have no idea how to contact them, then you try to get thru the useless bot and when you manage to do that they make excuse to help you, for example; If your order is still being assigned to a driver and you want to fix that they keep telling you to get back in touch in 10 or 15 minutes, they are just buying time. This is not okay you either employ more people cause its always the same story, or shut the company down. My humble suggestion. Plus, the drivers are super careless spilling drinks, hostile, always grumpy... not a fun experience at all with Just Eat.

I ordered food from Just Eat at 16:30 I couldn't track the driver, I didn't get any notification, after nearly 2 hours I check to see what was going on, they said my food was delivered at 16:41, what a joke, liars!!! I ended up on a chat room trying to get a refund for nearly 30 mins, passing ridiculous security questions, I am so upset! I went to the restaurant myself at 19:30 and finally managed to eat at 20:00, never again because I just never ate my food from you, I hate you scammers I hope I got my refund by 5 working days 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star review. I ordered TGI Friday's from Just Eat, and half the order was missing. Our family were celebrating our parents 30th Wedding Anniversary, and this meal was as part of the meal break. Therefore when we had to contact the restaurant (who had extremely good customer service) they exclaimed Just Eat wouldn't send a driver unless we contacted them. Upon contacting them they said someone would call us back in 48 hours to deal with this! We wanted the rest of our food! They then did not contact myself, so I had to contact them where they then said they would resign in 74 hours! Speaking to them they had the cheek to offer me a £20 refund on a £95 order! Absolute joke to think anyone would accept this. They've caused nothing but agro for myself and completed ruined the night. All they had to do was get a driver to pick up the rest of the order, seems simple really! Awful customer service, even the restaurant themselves described how terrible Just Eat are.

Thinking becoming a business partner with just eat ? Think again , the staff are unprofessional, unqualified and with zero communication skills towards costumer ! I have tried to fix my problem and nothing happens, under my post code it’s a different Business Name ( not my business name !) I have tried to fix this as I get 0 !!! Orders , you wan a professional delivery company? Deliveroo ar the best !!! And professional

Same storey turned up two and half hours late refused delivery. But did get my money back quickly won't be using again.
