“Arrived 25 mins late and with missing items which after a call to the Restaura t were finally delivered 30 mins later. Not good and food was nearly £40 for 2 people.”

“Order was half and hour late and not very warm, I understand the restaurant may be busy but it would have been nice if they notified me or even othered to pay back some of the bill, food wasn’t eaten and was thrown in the bin.”

“When it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t work their customer service is atrocious! There is no way to speak to a real person and their ‘chat to us’ feature involves talk to a person stuck on a script, if the answer isn’t on their script they say you haven’t said anything for a while and sign off. Very poor service would never recommend.”

“Fine if things go smoothly, if you have problems though they're no help at all. They wasted 20mins of my time on livechat twice saying they would help and then said that was "best case" and did nothing.”
