When I finally got the order is was wrong… (supposed to 5i through GW and I got 4i through PW… now 3 week and numberous emails and phone calls later the no one seems to be able to fix the issue. All I want is to have a GW sent to me and I will return the 4i I should not have gotten. Why can’t anyone at this company simply follow up and respond… horrible follow up”
