Ordered some shirts, and the quality of the shirts was as expected (NIKE). But the shipping was extremely slow. Took nearly 3 weeks to receive them.

Item didnt fit me, I had to pay $20 to ship back and then you didnt refund my orignal $10 shipping fee. Will not buy fromy you again.

I ordered a large nike shirt and it was labeled large but it fits like an XL plus. Tried to reach out to exchange, I dont want a refund I want the same shirt in medium ( I guess?). Called nd emailed multiple times to get an exchange. Just so you know I own multiple large nike shirts and they fit fine, unfortunately this shirt is much larger. Still not handled by JGS

I ordered two Adidas polos. They arrived in good time, marked with the right size but way too small. They were not of the size indicated. I reached out to JGS and never heard back about how to get them replaced.

The ball returner was broken and wasn't working. Im still looking for some sort of compensation, please reach out back to me

Your communication is terrible I’ve reached out 4 times and haven’t had any response. Called 1 time and left voicemail along with name and phone number emailed 3 times. My complaint is that I purchased 3 Puma shirts as a Christmas gift one of the shirts being white in color. However, for whatever reason the white shirt did not come in it’s protected plastic sleeve and thus is stained and dirty. Obviously held that shirt and didn’t gift him. This is going on for over 1 Month and still don’t have any feedback. Respectfully waiting Pete

I need to return an item and I don't think I should have to pay for return shipping as the item was opened and not new. I have emailed for assistance and received no reply. Might just be done shopping at this site.

Love the hat give it 5 stars but shipping and handling was terrible it was shipped in a plastic envelope which ruined the hats forum
