“I had to return the purchase because it did not fit. The credit was properly posted to my credit card, but I had to e-mail customer service three weeks after the return reached your facility in order to get the credit. The credit could have been processed more promptly without my intervention.”
“Must have been made for a lefty or women because to adjust size and thread through belt loops, the buckle icon can only appear upside-down. Also materials quality is suspect.”
