“I was pleased with the product (SIM Max irons) and delivery time frame. However, I had a follow up question or two and followed instructions to either call or email the JGS office.
I did both several times and left messages requesting a call back. However, no one has ever returned my calls or emails. I'm quite disappointed with this situation and will consider carefully whether I place any future orders. My order # is 48409, I would still appreciate a call”

“Received my clubs in a timely manner, which was good. 2 right handed clubs and 1 left handed club, not sure why, I am not an ambidextrous golfer. Sent an email to customer services complete with pictures (right out of the box), I had to follow up over a week later as i got no response from my first email, which then quickly received directions/label to return the left handed club. Still waiting for the replacement, but in the meantime.”
“Good selection of golf accessories, but on one occasion, an item I ordered and for which I received a confirmation was not in stock and could not be delivered. I was not notified until I inquired why the delivery had not been made. The Bonshaw online delivery tracking website is not updated and does not reflect the true delivery status. On my most recent order, the item was not delivered when promised and again I had to contact Just Golf Stuff to verify the status.”
“The order process was very smooth. As soon as I placed the order, I received a shipping confirmation. However, the product did not ship for nearly three weeks after the order. I sent an email inquiring about the delay and the response was prompt and the product was shipped soon after my email.”
