“Bought 4 items and a week later the price dropped $20 on 1 item, and $10on the other item. I emailed in my.request for a refund of the difference (expecting $30 credit) and finally got a reply to say in good faith you could honour a refund. NO! you approved a refund for $5.50?!!!! Sorry, not a great customer experience I was expecting.”
