“The delivery took forever. I asked them to leave it with the concierge of the building they never did , they told me they were coming on a Friday I stayed home never showed up finally got it when I came back from my golf trip”
“I have purchased several items from Just Golf Stuff. Some of the clothing items I purchased were for someone without my built. The items were fitted with a more slender fit around the waist which actually made them too small for my built. The items I purchased were for what I thought was a regular men's built but were for more athletic body types than mine.”
“Product is awesome, shipping was a different story. Took 3 weeks from the time it was ordered to the time it arrived, and it only arrived after I sent an email to customer support asking where my order was... miraculously showed up the very next day.
Quality of product, 5 stars, quality of customer service, 1 star... average 3 stars.”
“Once, or twice, daily e-mails pimping stuff is too much. And, unless I'm completely familiar with the brand and product, I want to touch it, feel it, try it out (if possible), rather than purchase it online.”
“well i havent opened it yet, but if there like my previous orders .there good for about 6 weeks then the tint starts coming off, so a 3star rating is being generous”
“I ordered a size 9.but the shoes seem to be made smaller. They are tight and feel more like a size 8. I love how they look but I would advise ladies to order a half or whole size up from their shoe size.”
“This was part of an original order with a 7 wood and 3 hybrid. It was broken up into 3 deliveries and Canpar/Loomis left a note on my mailbox each time telling me I was not home and now I had to go pick it up off site at another location. No phone call or attempt to reach me all 3 times. I don’t go out much these days so I can’t believe I was not home. Unfortunately I would not be interested in buying anything further based on this experience.I say unfortunately cuz I’ve bought in the past and like both your products and fair pricing. Based on this latest experience I’d advise you not to use Canpar/Loomis as it’s a pain in the ass to chase down the product in some instances across the city.”
