Another excellent year of my ordered products.
My only issue is each year(three years now) I have let my points expire due to having absolutely no idea how to go about utilizing them! Great that you remind each of us at the bitter end that we have X number of points but how the hell do you utilize them. Any order I have made, I see nowhere that I can submit points.
Clear, concise clarification would be extremely useful.
Otherwise, great site, great products at great prices and great quick service on orders and/or returns.

“I had ordered golf shoes to be informed that they were out of stock, a week later. No problems with the refund. I then ordered an other pair that were never delivered. I have send 3 emails to customer support, receiving a confirmation, and haven’t had any follow up. Very poor customer service!!!”
