The item i bought that was described as Ivory looks more like sun damaged. The picture online was not accurate. It's unfortunate because I liked other items I bought but I will never wear this one. Please make sure your online pictures are more accurate.

I purchased a couple of items using the Promo code CYBER20 code which was supposed to get me a $10 gift card. The gift was to be received the week of Jan 6, 2025. I have not received this $10 promotion which is rather disappointing. Derek

I placed a call two weeks ago for a technician. The technician called me it was a Friday, he confirmed that he will call me back on the monday. No news now for two weeks. I will have to send e-mail and call. My question was regarding the battery.

The scort I ordered is lovely but too short, I believed I could exchange it for a larger size, but your return policy is way too complex. So now I feel that the scort is mine to keep,like it or not !

Men’s adidas, black golf pants, button came off after 1st day wearing them. No not tight, a belt was needed.

I was trying to get new golf shoes and there was a special sale on. Two looked promising so I selected one and tried to select the second. Site wouldn't allow the second pick because "I had already used my discount". When the one pair arrived the arch was so low I couldn't get them on (even though they were the correct size). So I returned them. Just Golf Stuff refund excluded the shipping (OK) but they also kept the sales tax (not nice and not legal).

Delivery company delivered my package to an address on the next block over and I had to go knock on a strangers door to ask for my new golf bag.Very poor del. service, very poor.

Ordering system is faulty, tried to add 5wood to cart and didn't realize until afterwards that 3 wood was actually added to cart. I should have done due diligence and reviewed order before submitting.

Bought 4 items and a week later the price dropped $20 on 1 item, and $10on the other item. I emailed in my.request for a refund of the difference (expecting $30 credit) and finally got a reply to say in good faith you could honour a refund. NO! you approved a refund for $5.50?!!!! Sorry, not a great customer experience I was expecting.

I received things as ordered except again 3 LEFT hand golf gloves: I play left handed golf which requires RIGHT hand gloves... This is the second time it happens... I doubt I will order again from you...

I sent 4 emails stating that the ratchet on the white belt didn’t work and was broken. That was before Christmas. Didn’t get a reply until the beginning of January around the 10th. Poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.

ordered two golf shorts...chose the size from previous shorts order from JGS. When new shorts came in they were too big. When trying to exchange I was charged to exchange. When I tried to find out why I was charged it took numerous emails before a response...will not be buying anymore from JGS...rather buy from companies that have a no charge exchange policy
