“I had service at my home and the professionalism, patience, informative knowledge and care which Hudson and Jhon provided was beyond outstanding. The quote I received was fair, the service was performed so quickly and I cannot wait to have this crew back again in the very near future. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for helping me.”

“Be cautious of this JustJunk Fraser Valley franchise and its representative Howard Leung, he is highly dishonest, unethical, and retaliatory if his quote is not approved to proceed. He manipulated the quote he sent me and insisted on charging a fee for their quoting services. Upon refusing to pay this unacceptable fee, he left a one-star negative review for my company. Given this unethical behavior, I gave him a 3-day deadline to remove the negative review, and I have spent hours preparing to file a legal claim. Although the one-star review was removed within the 3 days, this incident has left me very frustrated.”

“Kim and Alberto removed all material and furniture from my mothers place today (January 6) in in Stoney Creek. They had a full truck’s worth of junk including disassembly of many large items. They completed thus task in under an hour. They were polite, respectful, and clear about what they could and couldn’t do. I was so pleased with them and impressed with their work ethic. I hope this review makes it to them so they know how appreciative I am.”

“This is a franchised organization that has a lack of consistency of pricing and service. I have used the company on 2 separate occasions. They are expensive and appear no different than other JUNK SERVICE companies. . Their employees are paid minimum wage which is why the company puts onus on customers to tip their employees. I am glad they were able to take my junk but also glad that their employees left as soon as possible. Last experience was stressful involving haggling and negativity. I was told that I was being aggressive because I insisted that the bill be made out to my late mother's estate. I paid the bill so why take your frustrations out on me the customer because you are doing a job you do not like and getting paid minimum wage? No I did not tip this person. The bill was over $300 dollars!!! I will not be using this service again. I also do not like the fact that the company puts my email address on their mailing list without my permission.”

“My sister, and l we're cleaning out a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house we already had a bin rented on site, but with just the two of us we became overwhelmed. We decided to call Just Junk we were impressed that they were able to send out a large bin truck with a couple of guys the same day. When a couple of guys came they also became overwhelmed with all the junk we needed hauled away, so they called their boss ( mind you this was after 5 pm) and asked for more help, he came promptly with a couple more guys to help out. Within no time the bin was loaded up with junk. We were very happy with all their help and service.”

“They were very good. They came in and quickly removed many items we had. It was not the cheapest but very convenient and we did have a lot of 'stuff'. They were super quick and professional. I would never accuse them of being super friendly... but they did their job, were available at short notice, and we were happy with the service.”
