“The movers made a huge, deep scratch in the hardwood floor at the top of the stairs into our living room, removing a couch. We purposefully hired and paid removers so damage would not happen. Also less than professional while in our home and no resolution to this matter ever offered.”

“First time using this company and was very surprised on how extremely professional Zack M. And his partner Mitch were. They called and advised their ETA and took less than 20 minutes to remove the designated items. No muss..no fuss. Zack even gave me a quote for future items which I thought was a little high based on the volume but found it totally acceptable. I will definitely use this company again....but only if they send Zack and his partner.”

“The service was decent but the payment system is pretty bad. Have to call them, jump through hoops, wait for call backs, leave voicemails and emails just to try and reach them to pay them? Otherwise if you don't they charge interest. Every other company just takes your credit card info online and you simply pay?”

“A great service! Cameron and Jeff arrrived, donned masks and booties and loaded up the truck with designated items. Efficient, courteous, friendly, and Covid-savvy!!! The truck was loaded and ready for take off in under half an hour. This is my second time using the service and both times, was super satisfied with value for money! Many thanks.”

“Happened in North Vancouver, BC. The company came by on Monday to assess what was needing to be taken, quoted us for 3/8's of a truck (seemed small but we assumed they knew what they were doing). They were scheduled to come by from 2:30-4:30 the following day (Tuesday) so we took the day off work, losing wages, and they NEVER showed up. We called them that day, and they responded saying they "forgot" and would be there the next day (Wednesday) at the same time. I then called the next day at 7:30AM to double check if they were coming and had asked them to come after 4:30 if possible so we did not have to take another day off of work - they said "NO we cannot guarantee that". So, ok fine, left work early and lost some wages again... only for them to show up at 5:15. Taking time off work was NOT needed. Very very disappointed at this point. Now, once there, they assess what we have and say its not all going to fit. I look at their truck, and they come with a truck that is already half full! Like what?! I told them ok, fine, whatever, take what you can. They ended up taking hardly anything, including things that were initially assessed to be taken! Then at the end the worker tried asking me for MORE money because it had been more than expected. I refused to pay a single cent more. They were unreliable, and we had to lose our wages for the day which was over $350. AND they removed maybe 30% of the junk that was needed to be gone! Then, the one worker threw a box on top of the truck, it fell off, and there was broken glass all over my driveway... He "swept" it up very poorly and I had to clean it up myself. I had to call another junk company the next day, which ended up coming the next day and took all of our stuff that Just Junk refused to take. The other company was AMAZING. I will never use this company, Just Junk, again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.”

“The 2 guys were so very friendly, and the quote they provided was super-reasonable! They told me up front what their company does and doesn't take away, and they were kind and courteous. The phone call 30 minutes before arrival was very much appreciated, and allowed me time to move my vehicle and take a last look around to see if I missed anything. I'll be recommending Just Junk to anyone who needs junk removed!”

“Just had Tyler and his crew at our home cutting up and removing our old Hot Tub which was sunk in our deck, everyone was very professional and courteous and the area was completely swept and cleaned after, a bit pricey but after seeing the work involved was more than worth it.”

“Not honest with pricing. Hauled a lot of it to my driveway, no savings. Called to speak with manager. Will never use this company again. At the end wanted hundreds of dollars more than was agreed upon . Truck was small. I found this to be misleading. I'm widowed, and I'm sure they would not treat a man they way they treated me I felt vulnerable and had no choice but to pay them. Need to clean out my shed. Will not be calling them.”

“Professional, courteous, on point from beginning to end. A fair price was quoted for me after they saw what needed to be removed. I needed a sofa removed and it was done in less than half-hour. They gave me half hour notice before the appointment, arrived on time. I would use them again if I need it and will recommend JustJunk to my friends and family.”

“Just Junk was very professional from start to finish! Booking with them was extremely easy and efficient. They made our lives much simpler and stress-free! On the day of service, Wayde was super friendly and polite. He was professional in dress and demeanor. Our job was completed in less than an hour, including clean-up. “An appointment was made to remove 10 furniture pieces from a Seniors Home 3 days before the event. Access was discussed as well as required masks. The home was not on lockdown and had no covid case. At 7.30pm the evening before they called to cancel unless I moved all the items outside. Really threw me under the bus...capped the call by "wishing me a nice day" was unbelieveable. The appointment was arranged and detailed in both email and direct conversations.”
