“Two very polite workers cleaned my junk so fast. I was amazed. Highly recommend the company and will certainly hire them again. 5 Stars”

“When we called they confirmed they could provide demo and waste removal services - after a rep came to provide a quote we were told they no longer did demo services, but that if we did the demo we should give them a call and they could provide a good rate / relatively cheep to dispose of our home reno materials, especially if we brought the waste outside for pickup to avoid the costs of people carrying the waste outside. We did the demo ourselves and hauled the waste to our yard for pickup, but ended up being charged over $1,100 for one bathroom worth of tile and drywall plus some general home waste! Would have been much much cheaper just to have a bin dropped off. Will not be using again.”

“We hired Just Junk because I liked that they offered to recycle or reuse any items possible. I was forced to move (landlady sold the property) and had to get rid of a lot of stuff. I was overwhelmed and running out of time so it sounded like an amazing service. They arrived late and, only after they started throwing my stuff into the back of the truck and I questioned whether any items would be recycled, was I informed that because it was late they could not offer that service and everything would go to the dump. They were unable to rebook me in the time frame I needed and I was out of options. Everything was thrown in their truck and went to the dump. It was very upsetting and the price they charged was not adjusted in anyway. If you are just getting rid of garbage this is a good service, but their claim to "recycle and donate to extend your junk's life" is false advertising. Extremely disappointed with the experience.”

“Looking at other reviews here, I wish I could say the same. Using their online tool to rate how much it would cost to take away two sofas, I thought $350 was reasonable. When they arrived, they said it would be $480. Their explanation was, verbatim "The online tool is wildly inaccurate because it's based on Ontario prices". I'm in Alberta. After they gave a 2pm - 4pm window, they called after 4pm to reschedule for 5:30pm, only to call again at 4:45pm to say they would be here in 10 minutes. I was frustrated with trying to work other tasks around their unpredictable timing.”

“Just Junk in St. Catharines was the best I could ever hope for. I needed some articles moved quickly and they did so within a few hours of my call. Two very friendly young men cleared out my items in a very timely manner and I was surprised at the cost which was extremely reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to all my friends. Thank you Just Junk”

“Cole & Dhillion came to our house and removed a sofabed couch and treadmill for us today. They were amazing ,as both items were very heavy and awkward. Removed everything I requested with no issue and were just a delight to deal with - I have used Just Junk before and never had any issues with them - and they have maintained their white glove service. “Brad and Jeff from Just Junk Calgary did our removal today, we ended up with two truckfuls when we thought only one. But they said it was no problem to return same day to do the second load. Very friendly, helpful and efficient, each truck loaded in an hour or less, got it all in! Arrived when they said they would and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Very pleased with this first experience with a removal company. I would definitely recommend them and use this service again if I had the need for future removals!”
