“Nicholas and Diego were just great ... thorough, professional, friendly, efficient and kind. They did what the website says and it's easy to book a date and time. I'll be pleased to have JustJunk remove things again.”

“I’m ok with the price if they really do donate and recycle. I had to tell the one guy twice that he was tracking in mud before he did something. They are definitely fast. Maybe too fast. My biggest peeve was that they put two dents in my brand new fridge and didn’t say anything. Still happy that that stuff is out of my house.”

“We just used Just Junk and were thoroughly impressed. Stefan texted that he was in the area and was able to show up early. They were also extremely friendly and well priced and they didn’t charge extra for our baby mattress. We will definitely be using just junk again!”

“Absolutely brilliant service from Mikey and Tony. Had a huge household/building works area to be cleared that would have been a huge challenge to anyone but the guys made it look so easy. I had a lot of personal items that I forgot about and they took the time to set it aside and check if it was ok to dispose of. Both of them were very polite and courteous throughout the day a credit to your company. Would highly recommend.”

“I have used Just Junk twice and this is my second review). I will certainly recommend both teams I had. Please see my previous review. I wish there was beyond a five star as they went above and beyond from start to finish. Service was on time, professional and everything was stated upfront with full transparency provided to me. If you are still wondering about booking, you can stop now and simply book online. I will be booking again with Just Junk should I ever need to in future. Again, thank you Hudson and Kustas!”

“The guys removed a queen size mattress, box spring and bed frame for me. They arrived on time and were very professional, quick and tidy. I was impressed with how careful they were because I live in a small Condo and they were able to do the removal without causing any damage. I was charged $157.50 which I feel was very reasonable. I have used Just Junk several times now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“Be cautious of this JustJunk Fraser Valley franchise and its representative Howard Leung, he is highly dishonest, unethical, and retaliatory if his quote is not approved to proceed. He manipulated the quote he sent me and insisted on charging a fee for their quoting services. Upon refusing to pay this unacceptable fee, he left a one-star negative review for my company. Given this unethical behavior, I gave him a 3-day deadline to remove the negative review, and I have spent hours preparing to file a legal claim. Although the one-star review was removed within the 3 days, this incident has left me very frustrated.”
