“Though the length and actual size of their truck is listed in their description, the online estimator uses a full 20-24' truck. So simply sliding their slider to what I thought was generous ended up being more than double of that because of their actual truck size. I had 8 garbage bags and 6x76L Rubbermaid totes. Using their online estimator even 1/6 was being generous. But the crew that arrived did not give me an estimate BEFORE they began so I assumed that the price I got from the online estimator was relative. It wasn't. After the job, they informed me my 8+6 load was half their truck!! And to unload would cost double that. Scam artist!!! Holding us ransom...”
