“Brad and Jeff from Just Junk Calgary did our removal today, we ended up with two truckfuls when we thought only one. But they said it was no problem to return same day to do the second load. Very friendly, helpful and efficient, each truck loaded in an hour or less, got it all in! Arrived when they said they would and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Very pleased with this first experience with a removal company. I would definitely recommend them and use this service again if I had the need for future removals!”

“Brandon and his dad did stellar work helping us get our elderly relative’s house cleared out for moving. They were prompt, patient, kind, and went out of their way working with her. Their pricing is very reasonable and they really deliver on customer service. If you have junk removal needs, I would HIGHLY recommend them!!”

“good afternoon, michael alex and isiaia came earlier today than expected and they did a great job removing four bags of yard debris and loads of branches from a tree i had removed in my backyard. i am very very pleased overall and i would highly recommend your service anytime. i had a difficult time finding the spot on the website to write this review so i phoned your offices and told the lady who answered how very pleased i am. now that i found the review option again i am so very pleased overall. thanks again for your very prompt and friendly service. have a great summer everyone. take care”

“We had 2 great guys come to take away the remnants of a fairly large 1-bedroom apartment. They were polite, efficient, respectful and got the job done in about 1.5 hours. We were very pleased. The price was competitive too. Much more reasonable than the 'other guy'.”

“I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor, unethical service I received from Just Junk SURREY. My experience with their removal service was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. To begin with, the movers negligently struck our car (parked on the side) while attempting to maneuver their truck into the driveway. There was AMPLE of space for their truck to get into the driveway. This incident was not only an inconvenience but also caused damage to our vehicle. Shockingly, instead of taking immediate responsibility for their actions, the movers shamelessly claimed to have "forgotten" they were driving a truck to have caused the accident. That is your literal job. As if these actions weren't enough, when we confronted Just Junk about the situation, the Owner offered a solution that would have left us with a record on our insurance (ICBC), while allowing them to walk away from the incident unscathed. This approach not only demonstrates their lack of integrity but also shows a complete disregard for their customers' well-being and satisfaction. It is deeply disheartening to encounter a company that not only fails to take responsibility for their mistakes but also resorts to unethical means to resolve the issue in their favor. Their actions have left us feeling taken advantage of as customers. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and that it prompts Just Junk to reevaluate their practices, take responsibility for their actions, and make amends for the damages they caused. We have reached out to their Customer Service and have been left hanging for weeks (they claim to have called us multiple times but we did not receive any calls AFTER the e-mail which we have expressed e-mail preferred due to inability to pick up the phone during work hours). We receive slow responses from the owner and they keep insisting on phone calls because they don't want to leave a record of requesting insurance fraud.”

“They arrived just before the time planned, which I liked. I don't like to wait for two hours for a company and I didn't with them. They were friendly.
