“The good: It’s possible to book online and the arrival windows offer a lot of options. The less good: They definitely gouge on pricing. When loading they toss things in with no order at all, which makes the load seem bigger than it is... and then bill extra for it. I watched them load my neatly boxed ‘junk’ and could easily have fit it into 1/3 the space they billed me for. Pretty not impressed.”

“The two employees that came to my office were very professional, during the COVID made sure to wear masks - kept their distance and even though the weather was not the best were very good at ensuring they left no mess behind. They made sure to fill every nook and cranny before assessing the fees based on the load.”
