“The staff were professional and did a great job at removing all of the furniture in a timely manner. I would refer Just Junk to others.”

“Calgary Just Junk! Are fabulous!! I am a return customer and had them out to remove a recliner. They initially overcharged me for the removal and when I filled out the customer survey saying I thought it was an overcharge they contacted me immediately to say yes it was overcharged. They refunded my money immediately! Thanks Just Junk keep up the great customer service.”

“I had everything organized for them, showed and told them what was to be taken but rather than putting the big stuff in the truck first but they grabbed the smaller items instead which were behind the futon. Then they literally broke the wooden futon frame to pieces. It was still decent enough to be donated. Once they were finished I checked the basement and noticed they took a table that they shouldn't have. Now I have to wait all day for them to unload the truck to determine if I will even get it back in one piece. Not impressed at all.”

“Renovating my apartment is fun. The demolition was minimal but there was heavy and awkward items better left to the professionals to remove and discard. The price was SO inexpensive at $108 + gst when you compare our time, backaches, fuel to and from the dump and the fee of a minimum $25 just to leave the junk at the dump. WORTH EVERY CENT!! Thiis our 2nd time needing JustJunk. Polite moving people. Awesome price! Peace of mind. Thanks again guys!!”

“The price was at the high end of the estimate, but the real issue was the 12 inch gouge the "professionals" left in my hardwood floor when removing a piece of furniture. It is not a mere scratch. I decided to use "professionals" to avoid this kind of permanent damage to my living room floor. Would definitely not recommend!”

“totally unprofessional service; the guy called at 5:30pm desperate to reschedule my appointment from 8:30pm to 6:30. I agreed, and rushed home only to find out that nobody came; I called back, and he told me things have changed and he'll come as originally scheduled. No explanation; no apology. Clearly customers don't matter to this junk company.”

The freezer was awkward, but Travis and Robbi were efficient and experienced. They made the removal look effortless. Very professional. Will use them again on the next deals that needs it :)”

“Although they offered same day service, when the service men arrived and gave me a quote it was OVER the top ridiculous. I immediately told them I would not require their services and would never have called them if I had know it was going to cost that much. They immediately reduced their quote by over HALF, which just indicated to me that they were trying to swindle me with the first quote. I don't mind negotiating, but with their original quote being so ridiculous it made me feel like I was dealing with slimy criminals. Why not just give me a reasonable quote to begin with? I will never use this company again.”

“I requested an estimate on behalf of a friend, and as promised your reps, 2 very nice young men called ahead and then showed up on time. My friend was somewhat overwhelmed as she had discovered a serious mouse infestation in her apartment / furniture, and your reps were polite, professional and considerate. They came back the next day and very efficiently removed everything as requested. I would definitely recommend your service!”
