“Stunning mask to see and wear. Absolutely perfect for the look I was going for with my costume. Ordering was as easy as you would expect from a good online shop and arrived on time. Shipping might seem a touch high, especially if your are over seas, but if you desire a high quality mask like these, then it is well worth the cost several times over. Most of the added cost probably comes from the generous sized boxes they ship the masks in. I'm very happy with this because nothing drives me crazier than an online retailer that skimps on the bubble wrap, and my mask was so enveloped that it could have been dropped, kicked, and beat on its entire way from the UK to Canada, and it still would have arrived in perfect shape.”

“The Mask is awesome- good quality and presented nicely. The delivery is super quick and easy- and keep you updated at ever stage. My only observation would be it comes in a sealed poly bag- with a sticker on that says if seal / bag is broken- no returns are possible- but you can't really see/ try it on for size in the bag.”

We are really sorry about this mix up. We trust keeping the mask for your event and returning it for a full refund after using it went some way to compensating for the inconvenience this caused

“I already have a couple of masks I bought in Venice but I wanted two more to put on a wall. I must say I was concerned they would look cheap but they don't, they are exactly what you could buy in Venice and they are infact made in Italy. The quality is very good and they have ribbon attached incase you want to wear them. They arrived within a day which was an added bonus. Thank you for your good service.”

“Very positive experience. I missed the Boxing Day sale by a whisker, but still got a great NYE masquerade mask in time using the next day delivery option. Would have bought sooner, if the website had had a picture of someone wearing that mask. The mask was delivered in a simple, solid, even stylish box which was a positive surprise. The mask itself looked even better than I had hoped. Good size, lightweight, yet felt sturdy on. I looked quite dapper with a black tie attire and the mask, if I say so myself. With the mask I had, I felt confident that I were correctly dressed for the occasion. Can't really hope for more about a festive dress accessory.”
