“The glitter wasn't perfect, but that is okay. It is a beautiful mask. Mine came with a broken feather, which really upset me. I contacted Just Posh Masks to inform them of this and I have received no reply. The mask is great, my rating is greatly affected by the lack of customer service.”

“Great masks just not good delivery . Originally coming Wednesday so I said leave near the bin as I was home then. However then told it would be thurs so I said leave with a neighbour as I was away until Friday! Parcel was left by the bin overnight! Luckily in waterproof bag as we had heavy snow.”

“I'm happy with my mask but with only one complaint is that in the picture online it has diamanté's on the front an when i got it it has none. Which i feel is very deceiving. I kept the picture to confirm this an I'm not happy.”

We are sorry that the image was misleading. We do state in the listing that the image shows stones but the mask has not gems. If you contact us directly we will arrange for a return and refund

“I was very impressed with website, choice of masks and the speedy delivery. The two quite extravagant masks that I ordered for myself and my husband are absolutely fantastic. Excellent quality and colour. I can't wait to wear mine to my friend's 40th Masked Ball!”

“Ordered 4 plain maks so that we could decorate them ourselves. Slight hiccup with only 2 masks arriving but, a quick phone call got this sorted and the remaining 2 masks were dispatched the next day. The masks look great and are of a very high quality, would definitely recommend Just Posh Masks to anyone.”

“Great product and good delivery, overall pleased and satisfied.However if I may make one very small constructive criticism the ties were a wee bit short and difficult to tie on my wife's head. Perhaps another couple of inches would have been better.”

“I came across the website whilst looking for masks for the Carnevale in Venice this year and was very impressed with the website. I spoke with Tracey on the phone prior to submitting my order for two masks and a tricorn hat and she was ever the professional. The items were ordered on the Monday morning and received text messages and a confirmation email informing me when the items were to be delivered and they arrived the next day. Fantastic quality and excellent value for money and would recommend Tracey and Just Posh Masks to anyone.”

“The mask I purchased is simply beautiful. Of exceptionally high quality I cannot wait to wear this at the masquerade ball at the venice carnival. The service and delivery were excellent. I ordered on the Thursday evening and my mask arrived first thing Monday morning. Thank you.”
