“Excellent service thank you! I ordered 3 masks last minute on a Wednesday night and received two emails confirming the order that night. The masks were dispatched the next morning, again with an email to confirm and I received them on Friday morning. The masks look fantastic and are very comfortable to wear. “I ordered the green gato mask and it came exactly when they said it would, looks fantastic and I love that it comes in its own box. Can't wait to wear this to a masquerade ball!”

“The mask is beautiful and it helped to make my daughters prom even more special. My only complaint is that when purchasing it shows one amount in that form of currency then when the amount is deducted from the account it is more. So it would be nice if you put in some sort of scale that indicates what the true price will be according to the currency differences.”

We are a UK company and charge in GBP. We clearly state this on checkout, however, we take your point on board and will review where else we can notify customers that the prices are in UK pounds sterling

Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed that you did not update this once you realized we did not receive your messages and we sorted the problem out by collecting the incorrect mask and sending the correct one

“The filigree petal mask in white is beautiful, however the picture on the website is misleading as it doesn't have the crystals/diamontes shown in the picture. Looking back at the description it does say it comes without them so I can't really complain. Just disappointed that the picture isn't of the actual mask. I will be keeping it though and will try to bling it up myself.”
