“The masks shipped very quickly after ordering them from the US. They look amazing - I thought the handle would be just black but it is gold with a tassel and ribbon around it. I love the music score details on the masks and the overall shape. They look better in person than they did online!”

“The couples mask we ordered was out of stock for the Men's version, Tracy was very helpful and suggested a suitable replacement which was dispatched the same day and arrived in very nice box which will allow them to be stored safely. We have not used them yet but they look and feel great quality.”

“The masks were totally amazing - everyone commented on them - supper pleased we attached the sticks also as they were easy to wear Thank you our Masquerade Party went really well, all fun was had by everyone... especially us with our fabulous masks”

“All good. Went down well with other people at party. However does get hot after a few hours not suprisingly. When took off and tied to belt loop it was soon lost and never recovered.”

“Would hep if dimensions of all types were shown, and this is the only downside, as my wife's mask to mount on glasses is much wider at its mounting point than her spectacles. Other than that the quality and service were excellent”

“Excellent service, helpful telephone manner and fast delivery. Item exactly as described and seen on the website. An absolutely beautiful mask, a delight to wear. Worn for an entire evening of ballroom dancing, very comfortable, even over glasses. Lovely box to keep it in and carefully packaged. Would recommend to others and would definitely purchase again if another mask required. Thank you for such a wonderful product.”

“I felt that the stick was not placed in the best place as when you hold the mask up to the face it presses against the side of your face. I ordered the Amory Gold Petite, I feel that it is a little to small. Unable to send it back as you have to open the bag to try it up to the face and once it is opened it can't be sent back. Also it would be impossible to get the stick off, which is not returnable as it it glued on so tight.”

Hi, many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you are disappointed with your mask and the positioning of the stick. The sticks that we attach to masks can only go in one place, so we have to assume that the stick presses on the side of your face because you ordered a mask suitable for a child or small adult, and it is too small for you. We always accept returns, even if you have removed the item from the bag, however, we will only issue credit notes for masks that have been customized, i.e. attached to a stick. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your mask
