“An excellent quality and comfortable mask which I was able to wear for the whole evening. Great service, well packed and delivered on time. It was well worth spending the extra money on this mask over a cheaper product. I will certainly shop here again when I require another mask.”

“Good quality product and very speedy response when I realised my masks were not going to arrive on time so upgraded delivery. The delivery time scales over Christmas period didn't allow for courier shut down until 2nd Jan! I saw several masks from this company at our event, all excellent quality and we were all happy with service.”

“This is one of the best delivery services I have ever experienced. I ordered a mask on Tuesday 30th December for next day delivery. Was panicking slightly as I thought I had left it too late for a New Years Eve party. I couldn't be more wrong. The mask was perfect and the delivery service was excellent. Was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend toy friends and family”

“We ordered two masks at quite short notice just after Christmas for use on New Year's Eve. Not only did they arrive in plenty of time, but we had communication all the way through to let us know where the order was. The masks were very impressively packaged and will now live in the same box safe and sound from all our other dressing up stuff! The masks themselves were well made and attracted a lot of attention, particularly the intricate wire mask which was an absolute bargain!! I wouldn't hesitate in ordering again or recommending them to others. A great service! Thank you! A++++”

“Really fell in love with the pair of his and hers masks I saw online, ordered them and when they arrived one of the masks had a Swarovski crystal missing from above the eye which left a faint glue mark on the mask because of this - it isn't massively noticeable however having paid £60 for the two masks I expected them to be completely perfect. Not the end of the world, still a comfy fitting mask which looks good - just a shame I was let down with the quality of this else I would rate this 5 stars, looking forward to putting the masks to use at some point however I will probably glue in a new crystal to replace the missing one. Other than that, ordering the masks was easy, delivery was prompt and the woman who I dealt with was very polite, just a shame about the missing crystal.”

It appears this mask slipped through the checking process and for this we apologise. If you contact us directly we will always replace or refund for any damage on masks

“I wasn't sure which size hat to order for my son's Christmas present. I left an enquiry via the website and although it was just a couple of days before Christmas, a very helpful lady rang and left a message for me, I then called her back and she was able to answer all my queries and got it in the post to arrive before Christmas. Excellent service and good quality product (a three-cornered hat!)”
