“Our masks arrived Sat, 6/13, they are beautiful. My only disappointment is that I am a first time customer and had trouble with the order process. I immediately sent an email to the Sales Dept email listed requesting the corrections. I did not receive a reply, was charged for each mask separately, and received the Ladies mask in Silver instead of Gold. The pkg had a note stating "do not break the seal,if you may wish to return." Since this is our first order I wanted to check the fit, etc. So I opened it breaking the seal. I've decided to Keep the Silver ladies mask rather than go through an unknown return process. The Ball is a 6--weeks away and I don't want to risk not having the mask.”

We are sorry that you are not happy with your experience with Just Posh Masks. You placed two separate orders some hours apart and this did not get picked up and therefore each order was processed separately. You ordered a silver mask which is what you received, however, we have taken your points on board and as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded one of the postage costs paid on your two orders

“It's very hard to judge what the masque will look like. A photo on a model would be extremely helpful and appreciated. I know you can buy several and return the ones left in the plastic packaging but don't really want to pay another large sum to return the ones I don't use. I have to say I was disappointed that the description said the ties would be silk ribbon, but they were a thick gauze like material. This will be noticeable and makes the masque look a bit cheap. I'm a little embarrassed.. A better description of the product- as that is all we have to go by... I would actually put this as 2.5 stars - it's not poor but it's not 'normal'”

We are really sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase. The Madam music mask does come with material ties and we have updated our description to reflect this. We are in the process of getting all our masks photographed on a model to assist with purchasing, however, we beg to differ on the fact that this mask looks cheap as, in our opinion, this mask is one of the nicest masks we sell

“Fabulous selection of masks, and excellent speedy delivery. My one complaint would be that each mask comes in a sealed bag, with a sticker saying no returns if seal is broken on bag. I'm at a loss how you try them on for size without breaking the seal on the bag? I bought both of mine in a sale, so if one doesn't fit, then I'm not out of pocket (as I got two for the price of one), but if I'd paid full price only to find it didn't fit properly, I wouldn't be impressed if I couldn't return it. I appreciate companies have to defend against people 'wearing and returning' but there must be a better way?”

“Superior quality mask. Fast next day delivery even though I chose standard. Comes in a good quality storage box. Maybe a bit pricey for a kid's/small-size mask compared to other adult masks on the site but overall, very pleased and would recommend.”

“Ordered the masks an 4 workday's later they arrived. Nice packaging, good protection for shipment . Fitment for the woman is superb. Fitment for the man aswel, the cheeks are chubby... Maybe a little to much. Colours are detailed. What you see is what you get on the site!”

“The website was easy to maneuver around. Once I decided which masks I wanted, placing an order was easy & pronto in two days the masks were delivered. I got regular updates on where the package was from the courier by text. When we opened the package, the masks were safely tucked inside a proper box that we will use for storage of the masks. Thoroughly impressed with the "A" quality service! In fact an"A+++"!!!!”
