“Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a mask and stick at noon on a Monday and by 11am on Tuesday I had them in my hand. I was kept informed by email and text message to let me know within the hour when I would be getting my mask,perfectly presented in it`s box so that when I am finished using it,it will be kept clean and safe.”

“One word.......Fabulous!! I ordered two masks and they are both of a fantastic quality, absolutely lovely and as an aded bouns they arrived in a lovely box which is perfect for storing them in after the event. The service was excellent, ordered on a Friday and received the following Monday, kept up to date throughout the process from order to delivery. Thank You!”

“fast service and good quality masks. however it's very annoying that the plastic packaging isn't smaller/more transparent - I ordered some metal filigree masks hoping to be able to make a decision about which I wanted and return the others, but when they arrived I found that it possible to try the masks well through the plastic and I read that opening the packaging means I can't return any of them. The masks are lovely but I would look elsewhere next time to see if I can actually try them before committing myself.”

“It could not be faulted. I left ordering masks to the last minute and they arrived in time I did pay extra for this. The website was very easy to use and there is a wide range to choose from. The quality of the masks were better than I expected especially for the price. I will definitely let others know about them. I would appreciate if my comments could be forwarded. thank you. “Efficient web site and delivery process. My 'blue' mask was very badly finished with lots of black unsprayed areas. Unfortunately I ordered too close to ball to request replacement. Ties are not elasticated.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your mask. The "black" unsprayed areas are deliberate. They are shadowing to give the face of the mask some character. This can clearly be seen on the images of these masks. For reference for readers of this feedback the mask this customer purchased was the "Masquerade Masks for men and women - Colombina"

“I was SO impressed by everything. From the website, to the purchasing, then the delivery. The website is very well laid out, with every mask being modelled by a mannequin. The purchasing was quick and easy, and I was informed that because I ordered before 1pm, I was eligible for next day delivery. I was a bit cynical, as many times I have been eligible for this on different websites and it comes a week later. However, I was kept updated by texts and emails where my package was, and it was delivered exactly when I told it would be (I was given a time bracket). The packaging is incredible, the box is lovely and the mask came undamaged. Amazing service, thank you!”

“Very impressed with how quick the masks arrived from ordering them. Came in a lovely box and had obviosly been carefully packed. I love my mask and am looking forward to wearing it. It's absolutely gorgeous! My partner ordered a cape also and it looks great. It was pricey but worth the money as doesn't look 'cheap and nasty'”
