“Excellent customer service received for my order. Managed to get it directed to the hotel I was staying at so we wouldn't be maskless! Lovely quality masks, and despite over ordering, we all kept the extras that were ordered too. Overall very impressed, would recommend and use them again!”

“Very happy with the quality of my masks. I bought 2 filigree masks and was worried they might be a bit fragile and flimsy but they are fine. Delivery was good too. Very satisfied with my purchase.”

“Both the masks we ordered were beautiful, and gorgeous quality (even though they were not amongst the most expensive) As I wear glasses, I ordered a mask on a stick which worked perfectly and added an extra touch of elegance. Delivery was very quick and they were very well packaged. Would thoroughly recommend "Just Posh Masks"”

“Was not made to the standard that i was expecting, the eyes on the mask you could see the clay behind. Did not return as it arrived two days before my daughters prom and she new that she would not get another on time.”

“I needed two masks to take to the Carribbean as my brother and I were taking part in the annual two day Carnival. I surfed the web to find a supplier and decided to choose Posh Masks over the other companies who were advertising. I contacted Posh Masks and their representative (female) took great care to establish my needs, went on her website to ensure that she was looking at the same masks that I was considering purchasing, She was sensitive to my need, gave great advice and kept to her promise to get the masks to me the next day. The masks were beautiful , especially my fillgre mask!, great value. I was defo pleased with the all round friendly but professional customer service. Thank you!”

“I bought a mask (black/silver with the feathered plume coming out of the top, I forget what it was called) and was really pleased with it. It was £22 approx. but it was a sale item and I got it for £16 but would have happily paid full price. It was well constructed and comfortable to wear. A bit of glitter fell off but you would expect that and it wasn't noticeable on the mask. The ties were secure and held the mask on comfortably for hours. The delivery was excellent, I ordered it on a Saturday and received it Tuesday in a lovely sturdy box which I can store the mask away in for future use, although saying that, it is so pretty I might put it on the wall somewhere to display it. Initially I thought the P&P was a bit steep but I didn't expect it to be packaged as well as it was so the P&P turned out to be a bargain. At the masquerade ball I went to, there was a prize for the best mask. I felt sure I would win it as my mask was by far the most original and ornate, even my friends thought I had it in the bag as it was so special compared to everyone else's mask. However, the bosses wife won it (shock horror!) so it was a fix, my mask was without a doubt the most interesting and beautiful mask in a room of over 250 people! Would not hesitate to use Just Posh Masks again and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for making my Summer Ball a night which I could feel special on xx”

“The service was just as promised. The masks arrived on time and were superbly wrapped to avoid any damage. We were really pleased with the quality and how good they looked and we received many similar comments when we wore them to a masquerade ball. We have and will recommend Posh Masks to others.”

“The masks were great but the female mask had a few jewels that fell off and needed supergluing back on and also the ribbon wasnt in the right place for my eyes so I needed to tie on my own piece of elastic so I could see out of it!”

“I recently bought a Mask for my girlfriend for a secret proposal that i had planned for her, I had a lot to do within a short period of time. i ordered a mask which arrived on time which was great, however within ten minutes of wearing the mask the strap broke off. I was unaware of this and my at the time girlfriend didn't know the importance of the mask. This is not a bad review as the Mask was of a very high standard and was delivered on time, its just a shame it broke so quickly.”

We are sorry to hear that one of the ties came off. All masks are checked before despatch however, this one must have slipped through the net and for this we apologies. We hope she said yes !
