“First I click the button to confirm the specifics for the mask. Namely that the female mask was to be put on the stick..however it never asked what color. So I typed it in the comments. Received a confirmation the next day that didn't confirm the attached stick. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction. Have not heard anything and have not received the product yet”

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with your dealing with Just Posh Masks. May we point out that you did not select, or pay for, "mask to be attached to stick" and therefore we did not add a stick. You order was dispatched the same day as you ordered it and, by the time we received your email your mask had already been despatched. We replied explaining this. As you are in the USA, your mask will be with you within 7 working days. Once you receive the mask please return it, if you are unhappy, and we will refund you

“I bought matching couples masks in black and they were exactly what I wanted. Great quality and elegant finish. Moulds nicely to your face and quite comfortable. Some padding would improve comfort however.”

“Gorgeous masks - one for me, one for him. Comfortable to wear (although not used them for the main event yet) and beautifully made. Sophisticated and elegant. Arrived when stated, safely stored in a strong box which will be really useful as storage for the masks. Looking forward to wearing them at a masquerade ball soon.”

“Delivery was super quick, if maybe a touch on the pricey side. The quality of the mask is really good (there are one or two sharp edges but I don't think these will be sitting on or touching my face so it shouldn't be a problem). There is a really generous length of ribbon to fasten it with, and it's really lightweight and promises to be comfortable to wear. Overall, I'm really hapy and would give Posh Masks a 9.5/10!”

“I ordered three masks but only received two, phoned the company and was told they would post another one that day. I was very happy with the attitude of the lady I spoke to, she was very nice and accommodating. The parcels arrived very quickly, within three days for the first one, and the day after I phoned for the second one. The masks were very well packaged in boxes which are so nice I intend to use them for something else! The quality of the masks is excellent too. I would definitely order from Just Posh again.”
