“Superior quality mask. Fast next day delivery even though I chose standard. Comes in a good quality storage box. Maybe a bit pricey for a kid's/small-size mask compared to other adult masks on the site but overall, very pleased and would recommend.”

“Ordered the masks an 4 workday's later they arrived. Nice packaging, good protection for shipment . Fitment for the woman is superb. Fitment for the man aswel, the cheeks are chubby... Maybe a little to much. Colours are detailed. What you see is what you get on the site!”

“Very good quality and great delivery process, unfortunately one of the masks was more of a turquoise blue rather than royal blue I needed. Had opened the plastic bag without realising it invalidated the returns policy. That said I will definitely buy from just posh masks again”

“The response to my order was very good with a confirmation by e-mail, I then had two text messages to say when it was being delivered? How ever my phone was off so i did not recieve them till i got home in the evening. By which time the parcel was left for an hour on my doorstep as my sister was out during this time. But the mask is beautiful and i am very pleased with it.”

“Trying on the mask without breaking the seal on the bag was impossible!! This meant I could not have returned the mask if I wanted to. Luckily it fits and is very well done. Very happy.”

“Bought my mask, but had a message very shortly after saying it was out of stock. Was able to pick a new mask without hassle and it was shipped the same day. Delivery was next day and I was given an hour slot. Overall, excellent service and communication. Beautiful mask as well!”

“Excellent quality masks - can't fault them and they looked even better than in the photos online. They are obviously handmade and each one therefore is slightly unique. My only gripe is that we will be returning one and keeping one as mine suits my outfit but my partner's does not and she has chosen a different mask from a different shop. She opened hers without seeing the sticker saying do not open the packaging if you want to return however you obviously can't try the mask on if you can't unwrap it and anyway we are covered by distance selling laws in terms of getting a refund. Disappointing from an obviously great product company but I guess they are trying to stop people buying a mask then wearing it once and returning it (we are not cheapskates like that though!!). Both masks came in one box too so we may lose the lovely box they came in when we return one. Great products though! Very professional quality.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you are as frustrated with this packaging rule as we are. The reason for doing this is a Health & Safety issue. We cannot resell masks that have been against another persons face. You can see the mask hold them to your face and check they fit and you are happy with them before you break the seals. This way we can offer returns on items that most fancy dress shops simply cannot. We hope this helps

“Communication from ordering through to delivery was consistent and quick. Delivery itself was also quick with the mask arriving within 48hrs. The mask was well packaged and in very good condition - but unfortunately not new. There was some paint marks around the edge and the smell of a smoky home so can only assume this was a return. No great harm done with having a previously returned item, but would have been nice if if had been cleaned up and aired. Overall this was still a good, hassle free buying experience though.”

Many thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear this. It is our policy not to resell returned items that have had the seal broken but it appears our systems failed on this occasion. We will look into this and try to find out what happened as this is unacceptable

“Good quality product and very speedy response when I realised my masks were not going to arrive on time so upgraded delivery. The delivery time scales over Christmas period didn't allow for courier shut down until 2nd Jan! I saw several masks from this company at our event, all excellent quality and we were all happy with service.”

“High quality mask, expensive delivery though that needed to be signed for, so had to arrange for it to be delivered to a business address, despite requesting to pick it up from their business address as I five minutes from their premises on the day that I ordered it and it would have guaranteed that I got it as needed it urgently and would also have saved me £5 delivery charge. Packaging very good and mask and stick as depicted on the web page. Recommended except for delivery charge.”

“fast service and good quality masks. however it's very annoying that the plastic packaging isn't smaller/more transparent - I ordered some metal filigree masks hoping to be able to make a decision about which I wanted and return the others, but when they arrived I found that it possible to try the masks well through the plastic and I read that opening the packaging means I can't return any of them. The masks are lovely but I would look elsewhere next time to see if I can actually try them before committing myself.”

“A lovely mask that will surely help me make the most of a one-off special event. Sensible price, well-packaged and efficiently delivered. The website could do with an easier method of searching for "in stock" items as I found the "out of stock" message frustratingly commonplace. However I would certainly direct friends here.”
