“The manager couldn't do enough. Sorted out all my tyres, made me a cuppa whilst there was a wait. I can categorically say that the lads there work bloody hard. Did not see them stop once and always had a friendly smile on their faces. I highly recommend just tyres.”

“The service I experienced at just tyres in Chesterfield was excellent in all respects. It was very clear that Derrick, the guy that fitted the tyres, knew exactly what he was doing and was very knowledge about everything to do with tyres and wheels. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome. The work was finished in a very clean and tidy way. I will use Just Tyres again and would recommend them to anyone.The whole experience was enjoyable.”

“Every time I get a new tyre do I have to have a wheel alignment? When the recently fitted new tyre is checked after 6 months (rear near side) will it have to be aligned thus incurring further expense?”

“I visited your high wycombe branch and needed a tyre sorting i was then advised that i needed 4 and the lads were correct as all my tyres were bold they then had 4 matchin tyres delivered within half an hour and they job was completed by the time i arrived back to pick my car up......WELL DONE LADS”

“I bought 2 tyres for the front of my car. after taking the tyres off I was shown my wheels and said the new tyres may go down if I didn't have my rims cleaned up, this, I was told, would cost £20 per wheel but they would do it for £10 per wheel as I was buying two tyres. I would have thought this would be done as standard for free as all it consists of is running a wire wheel in an air gun around the rim, 2 minutes work maximum. (easy money) I was then told my tracking was probably out but they would do a free check. The technician did the free tracking test and said it was the furthest out he had ever seen. showing me I had to agree. " how much is the tracking " I asked?" £50, but as you are buying two tyres we will do it for £30 " the technician said. just as he was about to start I noticed he had not put my steering wheel straight so obviously my tracking would be out. upon me straightening my steering wheel the tracking was spot on. Drivers be aware of this point, this would have been easy money for doing nothing. oh and the tyres cost £65 each no cheaper than any where else I have since noticed. sorry just tyres you have just lost a customer. 0 out of 10 from me !!!!!!”

“I recently had two tres fitted by your branch at Buckingham. I recieved a curtious and very proffesional service. The price was very competative and work was carried out in a very proficient and satifactory manner. I shall cetainly return to this branch again.”
