“The staff were pleasant and courteous. I had a good deal on the tyres and were informed of another problem which has now been resolved. Very good service and I will be returning with my other car. I will also recommend this depot.”

“Had two competition tyres fitted to rims, tyres not directional but tread pattern is directionally different and I requested they were fitted the same way round but the fitter got them facing in different directions - it will probably make no difference to the performance. All staff were very pleasant and polite and apart from the above the job was completed very well and in a timely manner.”

“I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff in identifying the fact that a previous company had fitted the wrong rating tyres to my car. They went to great lengths to explain the safety factors and gave me good advice for the future. I also noticed that they use torque spanners and not air guns.”

“Dear Sir, I am very pleased with the help given when I checked to see what I needed on my car. Four tyres had to be got, though I was told I could get away with three, it was me that said get the four. Work all done in very short time. The only point that I notice is three tyres have two marks on them, two small round rings yellow and red and one is unmarked. All other marks are the same on all the tyres. Do I need to have this checked ????? Regards. Michael Bailey.”

“I dropped in for 2 new tyres and got a great service from a very professional team. I was advised for extras if required and the advice was backed up with facts and courteous experience to leave me in no doubt that it was not an aggressive sale but a desire for customer satisfaction that was being offered. I was very happy and will definitely use this company again.”

“Great Price, purchasing and booking-in was seamless. Staff at the Strood Branch where I had my tyres fitted were very helpful. Had a faulty valve problem- This issue was resolved very quickly by the friendly staff who could not have done more. Will use again- I think that the true measure of a company is not how they deliver their service, but how they deal with issues when they arise. Good Job GA - Rochester”

“The guys were really helpful and explained everything fully . The cost was reasonable too and I feel very safe now, with my new tyres on as my others were bald!!! Professional and helpful and friendly team . Will definitely go there again and recommend to friends .”
