“Called My local Luton Branch on some cooper 4x4 tyres , excellent price, and arranged for an afternoon fitting these were duly fitted within 20 minutes great service - I will use them again for my daughters Clio that will soon need tyres...”

“Very poor experience in Chesterfield. I went in for two front tyres. They proceeded to take all of my tyres off and quoted me for all four at £500. I would have left but my car had no tyres on. I have had my rear tyres checked since and confirmed that there is nothing wrong with them. They tried pressure selling to get me to buy all four. This lead to a very awkward situtation and the manager kept haggling the price. It went from £500 down to £400 then £350 until i had to stress just the front two. I finally got the two front tyres I went for but it has very hard work. A very poor sales technique by Derek Griffiths and I will never go to Just Tyres in Chesterfield again and I will definately tell my friends and colleagues not to go.”

“If your staff didn't walk off and try and sell tyres to other people when they have just started work on my car, then not come back for so long that I had started to put the wheel on my self. If it wasn't for the manager who set to and did the job in no time you would have lost a customer.”

“Had to go to Just Tyres Solihull after getting a nail puncture. Staff helpful - switched punctured tyre with emergency spare and ordered replacement tyres to fit the following day. Slightly oversold need for 4 new tyres but reluctantly accepted my argument that two had a bit more life in them. Tracking done but got steering shudder so next day went to Just Tyres Leamington where James and Russell were brilliant and did not charge me for fixing the tracking one day then retracking a few days later after moving slightly buckled wheel from front to back to fully avoid steering shudder. Fully recommend Just Tyres Leamington.”
