“I enjoyed my Just water variety pack. The flavors are light and refreshing. My 8 year old didn't really like the flavors so he just has the unflavored. I think I may change my subscription to larger bottles. I would like to reduce my amount of waste, less bottles would be helpful in that. Additionally, when they were shipped a few bottles were leaking. I know this had to happen during transport. Other than that I am happy with it!”

“I love this water, the company, all of it! I've been trying to use less plastic and for me water was the biggest waste because I consume so much of it. When I heard about JUST I was so interested in trying it. Never did. During the quarentine I just got really serious about using less plastic and decided to order. One of the best decisions I've ever made!!! And the fact that my favorite family ( the Smith's) are a part of it! JUST does so much good in communities and I like that my purchase makes me a part of that.”

“Order was short by a few cases. One case was badly damaged and Fed Ex returned it. Need to know when the other cases will arrive, including the one that was returned.”

“It’s been 3 weeks since I submitted my order for Just Water, I was able to see the status of my order and hasn’t even been shipped. Although I’m a fan of Just Water, probably won’t be ordering anymore.”

“Before I found out I can have a case shipped to my house. I was purchasing just waters at Whole Foods or any other supermarket. I love this drink one of my favorites. Only problem is shipping. The case that was shipped to me was opened. Due to this being my first case I will let it slide but if I have another case sent to me open. I will have so go back to just purchasing at the supermarket. Thanks”

“I was very happy when I received my order...My first time ordering. I Love Love Love your brand, the effort you put into giving the public a great natural organic sustainable source of water. What I am disappointed in is the restock time frame. I have been patiently waiting for what seems to be forever for you to restock on the sold out infused flavors, which I have not had the opportunity to try due to their unavailability. Despite my rating, which is solely on the quality of your product, unfortunately I cannot say if I can continue to support you if your restock time frame is so time consuming.”

“The website seriously needs some more TLC. Y'all were "out of stock" of every flavor for like 6 months prior to the Quarantine with absolutely no explanation why or if anything was returning. And it appears that the flavors I personally liked are not returning, again, with no explanation. Also, the regular sized plain waters were also gone for a really long time, not sure if they've returned yet. I had to buy a flavor I don't even like just to get anything delivered. What is the point in advertising products you aren't making? I LOVED this brand, I love what you guys are standing for and helping the environment but get some more love in on sales and marketing please.”
