“Disappointed that I order3d a week ago, and still have not received my order. I reached out to ask when it will ship, and was simply told that it was on backorder. Communication would have been great to let me know beforehand what was happening so I could order from a different company while I wait. I now am now rushing to find an alternative. Disappointed Just Water.”

“Honestly, the quality of the packaging is nice. Along with the design and colors are also neat. The only problem I have with Just Water is quantity. Yeah, 24 bottles sound like a lot but I feel like in 3 sips one bottle is gone. I wish the company would make the average bottles of water bigger. Basically more water in the bottle because I feel like I am getting ripped off for 25$. I under this is popular and more healthier brand, but these bottle sizes are closer to 8 fl oz than the average bottle of water 16.9 FL”

“My order was delayed and I was not notified. I contacted your copany to inquire about my order ans was told that the item is low in staock and it is unknown when I will receive. I was alread charged and I orderd 30 cases of water! expected much better service”

“Since it’s been 7 days and still no movement, only a “shipping label created”, I can only review based off tracking. Long story short, I’ve had Just Water before. It’s thee best water to me (only reason for getting a star). However, I usually order from Amazon but noticed JUST Water has variety bundles which is why I decided to go through them. Let’s just say I’ll stick with Amazon from now on and pay a little more to have a more efficient shipping experience. Yes, I know it says 7-10 days shipping. But the darn label was created 7 days ago and according to fedex and “SHOP”, I guess my order of 3 boxes is just sitting around waiting to be shipped. Not even sure why I got a survey before the shipment has been sent.”

“I think that the product itself is fantastic, although, the shipping time is ridiculous. I signed up for the recurring payments and I have been charged twice for the product and have not received the first one. I was later informed that the stock is low, which would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering. I was thinking I would receive my shipment within a week and it has been over a week and haven't received either order. In my opinion- you should not offer recurring payments on stock that is low-- even if only temporary. Let me know when it is no longer low in stock and I will try again. Until then, I guess I just drink regular water. :/”

“It pains me to write this negative review, because we love this product and want to support the company, but their delivery process is unconscionably SLOW! We still haven't received the product after 10 days. Even more aggravating is their COMMUNICATION. They do not respond to emails. There is no person-to-person relationship, just generic email responses that provide no helpful information. In today's world, we need more customer service, not less. Talk to us! - It used to be so easy to order this product from Amazon. But they stopped carrying it. So we ordered directly from the company, which has, unfortunately, been a big mistake. Even though we believe in the product, we'll probably stop purchasing directly from them because delivery time and communication are unreliable.”

“I haven’t even received my order to write a review! I was quoted 7-10 business days for delivery; today is day 9 and the shipping tracking says it’s still in California. Hopefully I can update this review soon.”

“I normally don't write reviews but had to this time. Ordered a case of water half of it got busted open during shipping. Bottles good for environment but not great for shipping. Then the other case that was ordered was no where to be found on back order but nobody bothers to tell me. This order also get completely damaged in shipping and has to be sent back but the worse part of all of this IS THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TO ABOUT THIS ITS AS IF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. Saad good company but lack of personnel is doing them in.”
