“hi! In my most recent shipment, the box arrived partially soaked, and I discovered that 6 of the water containers were leaking!! It looked like problems at the top seals. Can you please adjust billing to give me credit or something? I will use the leaking containers to water plants so it won't go to waste, but I am not comfortable drinking myself. Thank you so much Wendy Stiver”

“This product is horrible. I sent a email already right when I cancelled. Your caps and drinking area are poorly made often ripping exposing disgusting glue. It’s just gross and poor quality”

“Love Just Water...kinda wish there was a larger, reusable 5gal bottle option for water coolers...the water is so good, we go through a lot of bottles and I feel guilty about the waste, even if its environmentally friendly.”
