“My last two shipments have had a leaching taste strangely. If they’re not super cold there’s a strange taste. It’s very disappointing.”

“I signed up for auto delivery every two weeks. Every delivery I have received has had leaking water. I’ve contact customer support and they said they would replace the package and never did. Received my next shipment and more leaking water. I’ve had to throw away both packages. Poor customer service and poor packaging/shipping.”

“We love this product, but we love the service even more. We started with one case a month, and now we get three every two weeks. The people are a pleasure—super responsive, and the water is just perfect. The fact that it’s planet friendly got us to try it, but now that’s just a happy byproduct! We were a Fiji family for as long as we can remember, but now we are 100% Just Water.”

“The small bottles are great for road travel and short hikes. I am currently a breast cancer survivor and it is very important I stay away from plastics. Your sugarcane/non-plastic materials are perfect. Helping the environment is also a big factor with me. Thanks!”
