This lawyer I was connected to was a joke!! He sounded bored and annoyed taking to me, was no helpful at all. I spoke to other company before him and they lady there was nice and much more helpful. On top of that I could barely hear him talking, there was constant background noise coming from his computer which hurt my ears, but was proving also that he wasn’t listen to me half the time because was busy doing something else! The worst money I spent ever !!! People avoid avoid !!!

I asked a question about a broken washing machine and was told I would be charged a £1 and tonight they have taken £30 from my account. I am so angry with myself for falling for it. The advice was reasonable but I could have googled it and found it just as quickly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am going to try and block them from my account as I have a feeling they will try to take more money.... RIP OFF !!!!

My question was I’m pretty sure someone is using my identity, meaning my emails, my name, my address and most frightening my bank details but at the time wasn’t 💯 sure I am now but the woman I was txting with went straight to I’ll send u a safe page and u can fill in yr bank details it’s only a £1 and it’s refundable 😳😳😳 I’m telling her someone who has had access to my phone obviously while my baks turned but my phone with my online banking, pass words everything and she wants me to fill in my fkin bank details on her safe page! Yeah I suffer with mental health but was I wrong in thinking this is complete BS

Agree! DO NOT USE! Fortunately my bank prevented further withdrawals but they tried to withdraw £30. They then said membership cancelled you'll receive confirmation in 2 hrs - never heard a thing. I'd give 0 stars

I have paid £5.00 to ask a question to an expert. My question was on Capital Gain Tax (CGT) for a UK property. The expert took a while to respond. Here’s the reply “I would recommend going in to speak with a tax specialist”. In short I paid £5 to have an expert telling me to ask an expert. Next thing I know you have requested a payment of £35.00 from my bank account. I absolutely do not think that this service service was worth £35.00 so I wrote to them to ask to return this amount back to my bank account and immediately cancel all my data. They replied that I should ask more questions to the same expert... and charged me another £35 a month later. Useless service, terrible customer service. Stay clear.

Paid £5 for an Ask a Question service. The question was answered relatively and quickly, I thanked the expert for their assistance and signed off. A few days later I signed into online banking and noticed a £35 charge for LAWYER *JUSTANSWR. I thought they had mistakenly charged £35 instead of £5, so I went back onto the site and saw that it was for MEMBERSHIP. I did NOT sign up for membership and received no email stating that I had received such. Checking my emails there was only ever one received, indicating a charge of £5. No other email, no "welcome or membership" emails, nothing! Nowhere on their website does it state that you will be billed further. This is downright outright daylight theft. I immediately called my bank who reversed the charge, thank you Barclays. Additionally, the contact form on the page at https://www.justanswer.co.uk/help/contact-us is useless as the submit button is disabled. How slick is that? And their Chat feature wants to charge you to contact customer services. So... Please do not sign up for anything on this site, ever. Please do not give them your card details - Not for £5, and not for £0. They will simply start charging you on a recurring basis. Do not give them your email, do not give them your phone number, do not give them your time. Please people 🙏🏾

They take £1 to obtain your bank details. Without any assistance or help in resolving my problem they took £30. All contact to me were text messages never a phone call. My explanations were totally misunderstood & obviously not read properly, the conclusion being nothing could be done & I was told to “have a nice day”. Having a nice day is difficult having been ripped off for £30. I have been promised a refund, I shall mention this in a review should my £30 appear.

I paid £5.00 for membership. Then I was told to pay £44 for a telephone call. I did not commit to this. I am waiting to check bank statement to see if amount has been taken. There was a couple of calls from unknown number which I did not take. I have cancelled my brief membership. I will contact Customer Service 0808 168 0054
