Note that the 'returns policy' leaves the customer responsible for postage and possible customs to their returns centre in Guangzhou, China! We were offered a 15% refund instead. A disgrace.

Made in China, the ordered items were very poor quality and finish, nothing like the photos advertising the products. Unrecognisable to what we thought we had bought. Not worth it to ship the shoddy items back to China and haggle for a full refund. Lesson learnt

I went back and forth with them, not accepting the 15%, then 35%, and finally I agreed to a 50% refund, and kept the clothing, agreeing to donate 9 of 12 items received.

Ordered item and it was too large. When trying to contact company was offered 15% refund of total price in place of sending article back for full refund. Disappointed with return situation. Will have to evaluate cost of return vs cost of item.
