“Definitely one of the best stores I have dealt with. My orders were shipped within the specified time 2-3 days with a very good packaging. Just a minor request from me under the order status section, it is good to put the tracking number of the courier for the customer because it is important to check how the delivery process is doing. In overall, I am very satisfied with the whole process of the order and the customer service was very friendly and they were able to provide me with the information I need. Thanks.”

Our system should automatically link the tracking unless it is sent by our courier - Go Logistics (we try and stay on top of providing these tracking numbers). “Just wanted shout out to Just Jap for their outstanding service. I needed splitfire coilpacks in a pinch, I could have driven down to Sydney from Newcastle to pick them up but I thought I’d just ring and see what their dispatch time was like. They were so helpful, they said they could get them to me in a day (day after tomorrow max) and told me to select standard delivery and they’d change it to direct freight on the back end. Well I got my coilpacks the day after! They’re in the car and it’s ready to be tuned. Couldn’t be happier, great customer service and amazing turn around. 10/10 would recommend these guys, thank you so much!”

“Quick delivery, almost over night. Second order parts were on back order, understandable at the moment and parts are hard to come by for a 96 r33 so was happy to wait. Hinges and pins for the doors fit perfectly, only down fall is to get a set for 1 door u have to order both doors. Other than that overall happy and probably will order again.”
