“I tried to contact JastJap multiple times to ask about the product. The phone number didn't work, and email didnt work either. I had to buy speculatively. You really need to fix your comms channels.”

“These guys are awesome! I purchased a part from them, and the part was labelled incorrectly on the website. So, the package arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, the wrong part was sent initially. But after messaging support with the details, they quickly discovered that the part being incorrectly named on the website was the cause of the issue, and then supplied me with a return label, shipped the correct part, and fixed the website listing. The correct part turned up shortly after, and all was handled very swiftly and professionally. I am very happy with their services and support, and will definitely be back to buy more quality products from them :)”

“Always had a great experience buying from Just Jap. Their shipping is fast and reliable and the website lists whether items are in stock or need to be back-ordered. They also have the largest range of OEM Nissan parts I've seen, bringing back a lot of items for Silvias and Skylines that have been impossible to get until recently. Nothing bad to say about the company!”
