The intercooler popping did not fit the car at all don’t buy this product Seller wouldn’t help me with a refund, and it was for a customer stay away from just Jap parts

After careful consideration, our team has determined that we cannot process a return or refund for the piping kit due to the reported damage (scratches and bends) that occurred during installation. We take pride in the quality of our products, and this particular kit has been successfully used by many of our customers. We understand that your customer attempted a self-installation, which can sometimes lead to challenges. To better assess the situation, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide photographs of the installation and the piping kit. This visual information would help us offer more specific guidance or support. Please note that while our piping kit is designed to be compatible with the front mount intercoolers we sell, and as only a piping kit was purchased, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit with intercoolers from other manufacturers due to variations in size and design. The cooling pro r34 gtt radiator I bought was the worst quality I could imagine, hammer marks, dents, scratches, sharp edges I've cut myself on, some welds have eaten away material causing a sharp edge. For another $100 I could have got a phoenix stealth radiator and I'm so disappointed I didn't

Poor service 5 weeks over due yes that is an extra 5 weeks to the already 12 weeks back order. Terrible email responses even told to email their supplier. I get that things happen but the response was slow and unapologetic.

Say they have have items available within 1-2 days only to receive an email saying it’s over a month before they can get them, Failed to ever reply to my follow up emails, Website availability never changed after them knowing it was 1-2 days and being told from multiple people that’s just how they operate with 100s of product. If I had my time again would give my business elsewhere.

I ordered a Nismo LSD for my car based on advice I received from justjap. When it came to install it it did not fit. After which I was told by justjap that the diff I ordered does not fit my car. Now I have to send it back. I have received no apology and no offer to pay for the return shipping. This is not what I consider good customer service.
