“I purchased some STI car seat covers and they don’t fit. I asked about the process of returning items to which I had to wait at least a week to get a reply. The initial postage cost seemed excessive and now I can’t return as I am unable to find the original packaging. I’m unlikely to return.”

“Paid postage twice due to a misleading product listing. Displaying a photo of 4 bolts, but not clear enough that the item is for 1 bolt. Make this clear in the title and photo that this is for one bolt only. Otherwise product was as described and suited my needs.”

“Bought a cigarette lighter for the R34 with the Nismo style kill switch attachment. Delivery was super quick and no issues there. I have ordered before from here and they have been amazing. The cigarette lighter was OEM and fit perfectly - so that was good. I can't say the same about the attachment. The connector hole was not big enough for the top of the lighter and it would only fit in an angle, it would not slide down all the way (like the pictures show on site). I thought maybe you need to push it in a bit harder AND it broke the ring to pieces!! So now I've paid extra just to get an OEM cigarette lighter.”

“Unfortunately still waiting on my delivery and it is nearing 1 month of wait time. Whilst I understand this is due to delayed postage services, I have been able to receive packages from other online stores in just several days. Communication has been very good from the customer service team throughout the process.”
