Bought a expensive fragile part, it was poorly boxed and turned up damaged. only resonds was a small discount or money back, But refused to resend an new part. I had no choice but to take the refund and puchase the same it from a competitor for hundreds of dollars cheaper and it turned up very professionally packaged undamaged . Interstate sales obviously not important to just Jap

Hi David, We are extremely sorry for this issue. We did our best to package this item as well as we could, unfortunately couriers can be unpredictable and we we're not confident to send another insulator to WA.

Great price on item, terrible shipping cost. Shipping was more than the actual product I got.

Hi Wesley, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, with you in the USA and us in Australia, shipping prices are usually already on the higher side. Once we take into account the size, dimensions, and type of packaging we need to use to make sure it gets to you safely, costs start to jump. We are constantly on the lookout for better, cheaper alternatives for shipping and hope to have something better to offer our international customers as soon as we are able to. Bought a brake light pedal stopper which is about 10 cents in size and cost $10. Postage was almost $20 though.

I have always order my skyline r34 part from Just jap never fail. But now on my recent purchase of the GT Badge till now i did get post tracker ia not moving at all dont know whats going on

Sadly I have to give a low rating as I got sent the wrong item, I had originally ordered an RH (Driver) Side Window Regulator and RH (Driver) Side window motor, but I only received the motor on the correct side and received the LH (Passenger side) for my regulator so now I cannot fully finish fixing my window. The other issue is after I used to contact us for help on the JustJap Website and sent an email on the 27/12/22 explaining the situation, I got a confirmation email saying I will be reached out by an agent in 2-3 business days understandably around Xmas I expected a small delay but after 7 days I still have not had a single email or phone call to help the issue and of course, have to still dealy fixing my window, I will once again try to reach out by calling on Monday and If all can be fixed I will happily change my rating but for now its a bit disappointing to have received the wrong item and not had any help after reaching out initially

Hi Roman, We were closed for business during the Xmas and New Year break and only recommenced business days as of Tuesday the 3rd. We had replied to your ticket on Tuesday but have not received a response. Do you have the part number of the regulator that you received as we do not list and haven't ever stocked a left hand side regulator for the model you bought. Our order took over 2 weeks. The postage was expensive $32 from NSW to VIC. Express Post would have been cheaper and quicker. Happy with the purchase but not with delivery

I was told by my mechanic to only buy the intercooler for my R33 from JustJap as the pipping fit and doesn't need to charge me to modify. After receiving it and trying to install the piping supplied is on the wrong angle to fit the factory holes and needs to be modified

Not particular impressed with my experience. Ordered x16 m12x1.25 wheel nuts, out of the 16 only 6 were the size I wanted and the rest were m12x1.5. It also took a week to ship them from Sydney to Brisbane and this was using their express option which was $26 for a bag of wheel nuts. Better quality control and faster/cheaper shipping would have made this an faultless experience.

Hi Scott, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately, due to the nature of COVID-19 and shipping delays, some parts have taken longer than others to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. Upon looking up your orders, it appears that your backorder items were shipped to you 1 month after you made your purchase. These would have been shown as a backorder item on our website at the time of purchase. We appreciate your patience and hope to deal with you again in the future again.

Arrived quickly. Only half of the products I ordered (in one package) fitted on my tarago. Apparently weathersheilds for the front doors on 2004 taragos won't stick because of two uneven surfaces meeting. But the ad says all tarago models 2000-2006

they always deliver on there products, they do not respond to their social media, I purchased indicators for a gtr but required bulb holders and the wire harness, with no response since mid July, i ended up getting the rest of the kit from another skyline spares. oh well.
