Long story short, I requested an image of my friend right after her cat died and with her birthday coming up in a few weeks. The image was one of her and her cat in their final moments together.
The image took 3 weeks to get to me. Then once received, I asked for 3 small changes to be made (on their website it says that if a customer is not happy they will make changes to your image, free of charge, until you are happy). I requested the changes which I figured would be done in about a week.
A week later, I followed up on the status of the changes - "we're going as fast as we can" they said. The week after that, I politely followed up again (this is now 5 weeks from my original request and I have not received a final product I'm happy with). They ignored me and to this day, they still have not answered a single follow up message.
OVER THE NEXT 2 MONTHS I followed up with this company via email practically BEGGING THEM to finish my image as my friends birthday was coming up and the changes were so small. They ignored me on every attempt and even removed the option to contact them directly on their website.
I contacted both PayPal and my bank and both said they could not help me get a refund. JustLikeBob also wrote a message to PayPal saying they delivered a changes to me (lie) and that I was attempting to "defraud" them by requesting a refund.
So in short, after 7 emails, attempting to get a refund from the sources of money, giving them week after week to respond and several ultimatums, all I can do is let potential buyers know of my experience.

Avoid just like Bob. Instead of paying $60-$100 dollars for a customized image, spend $15 - $30 on the same thing on Etsy.”
