“I placed an order on March 27,2021. I waited a few weeks and never got it. I emailed your company and got a quick response. They said they would reship my order due to it never getting processed. That was 2 days ago. Never got a tracking # for new order or notice that it had shipped.”

“One of my items is lost somewhere and the other one took 10 days to get here! I spoke to customer service today and they suggest I wait 24 hours until they research it. Meanwhile why wouldn’t you just ship the missing item out. It’s obviously by tracking I have not received it. So far, not good!”
