“This product does not work at all. The insert is made of a material that is too soft for its purpose. The moment any suction is applied, the insert immediately gets drawn into the tube an suction is not possible. I tried everything I can think of to get this to work and it doesn't.”

“Its only been a couple of weeks and the rubber seam is separating from the vibrator device already. The vibrator has also stop working. The sucktion barely sticks to anything. Very disappointed. However! My First Blush customer service responded the next business day. Within minutes there was a replacement on order for me. Customer service is everything. Things always don't go your way with a product. Its how you are treated when you report any defect. Until the vibrator stopped, it was a great addition to our bedroom. Thanks MFB”
