BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible customer service, I called and left several voicemails and emailed every single email address I could find because despite paying for expedited shipping it took a month to receive my order. I didn't get a single response to my attempts at communication. If I could give negative stars I would. How convenient when Bizrate asked for my review there was an error.

Have not received my order from April 16, 2020. No one will answer my emails. I even called...no response. I think I got scammed!!!!! I finally received my order a month later...May 20th.

I ordered on April 27th. It said 3-5 days shipping and I started freaking out after over a week and still had not shipped! Finally on May 6th I get an email that it had shipped and I just received my order today, May 8th. I’m so relieved I got what I ordered but would never order through them again. I thought for sure I had been scammed because it took sooo long to get what was supposed to take 3-5 days.

You know what went wrong.... I have emailed and called 6 times with no response. Since I payed with PayPal maybe they will shake you people awake. Maybe even not allow you to use PayPal for payment.

this has got to be a scam do not order from these people they steal your money!!! i have called and emailed i paid extra for 1-2 day shipping they took 168$ out my bank acct and sent me one item that was 16.99 this has been almost a week ago!!

Same as most of these other reviewers, I ordered over a week ago, paid for rush processing, and haven’t received my product or any response from the company via multiple attempts, phone and email. Spent over 100$ first time from this site, and getting no help from the company. I am definitely thinking this is a complete scam. They bombard me with emails offering promotions and asking me to write review for a product I haven’t received.

I really don't like that i cant reach anyone or talk to anyone. I place order April 23rd. Big ole lie ! Order delivery 3 to 5 days. I am not pleased. I swear i hope i didnt get ripped off. I placed an order on April 22nd, I haven't received an email saying my order has even shipped. I've called numerous times and sent multiple emails, I've gotten zero response from the company. I've opened a claim dispute with PayPal to hopefully get my money back. I will never buy from this company again and I won't recommend them. Shitty company, don't spend your money here.

I placed an order on April 21st and have not received it or any email letting me know when or if it is shipping out. I have sent many emails and have tried calling your customer service. This has been an ongoing problem. My original order was in February and was out of stock. I have placed several orders after that with each of them being out of stock and receiving gift cards in place of a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care you guys have with your customers. I would appreciate my order being fulfilled or refunded back into my bank so I can take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I find it absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional this experience has been, despite me spending a decent amount of money on their products. How in the world are they a functioning business? Their website lies saying they email back within 24 hours. I’ve been reaching out to them all week via email AND phone without any response!!
